हाईवे पर मौत बनकर दौड़ी तेज रफ्तार पिकअप, दो की दर्दनाक मौत, एक घायल

हापुड़। हापुड़ जनपद में शनिवार को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर एक भीषण सड़क हादसे ने दो परिवारों की खुशियां छीन लीं। तेज रफ्तार पिकअप वाहन ने ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली में पीछे से जोरदार टक्कर मार दी। टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली अनियंत्रित होकर हाईवे पर पलट गई। हादसे में ट्रॉली सवार दो लोगों की मौके पर ही दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, जबकि एक व्यक्ति गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। दुर्घटना के बाद हाईवे पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई और वाहनों की लंबी कतार लगने से भीषण जाम की स्थिति बन गई।

हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही बाबूगढ़ थाना प्रभारी प्रवीण कुमार पुलिस बल के साथ तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचे। पुलिस ने स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से घायल को एंबुलेंस के माध्यम से अस्पताल भिजवाया, जबकि मृतकों के शवों को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया। पुलिस ने दुर्घटनाग्रस्त वाहनों को सड़क से हटवाकर यातायात को सुचारु कराया, जिसके बाद धीरे-धीरे जाम खुल सका।

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार पिकअप वाहन तेज गति से आ रहा था और चालक वाहन पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख सका, जिसके चलते उसने ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली को पीछे से जोरदार टक्कर मार दी। टक्कर की आवाज इतनी तेज थी कि आसपास मौजूद लोग तुरंत मौके की ओर दौड़ पड़े। हादसे के बाद घटनास्थल पर चीख-पुकार मच गई।

पुलिस ने दुर्घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक साक्ष्य जुटाए हैं। हादसे के कारणों की जांच की जा रही है। मृतकों की पहचान कराने के साथ ही उनके परिजनों को सूचना दे दी गई है। घटना के बाद परिवारों में कोहराम मचा हुआ है।

बाबूगढ़ थाना पुलिस का कहना है कि दुर्घटना के सभी पहलुओं की जांच की जा रही है। जांच के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यह दर्दनाक हादसा थाना बाबूगढ़ क्षेत्र स्थित हाईवे पर हुआ।

Hapur: A tragic road accident claimed the lives of two people and left one seriously injured after a speeding pickup vehicle rammed into a tractor-trolley on the highway in Hapur district on Saturday.

According to police, the pickup hit the tractor-trolley from behind with great force, causing it to overturn on the highway. Two occupants of the tractor-trolley died on the spot, while another sustained serious injuries.

The accident triggered panic in the area and led to a massive traffic jam, with long queues of vehicles forming on the highway.

Upon receiving information, Babugarh Station House Officer (SHO) Praveen Kumar reached the spot along with a police team. The injured person was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, while the bodies of the deceased were sent for post-mortem examination. Police also cleared the damaged vehicles from the road and restored normal traffic flow.

Eyewitnesses said the pickup was moving at high speed and the driver allegedly lost control before crashing into the tractor-trolley from behind. The impact was so severe that the trolley overturned instantly.

Police have begun an investigation into the cause of the accident and are collecting evidence from the scene. The identities of the deceased are being confirmed, and their families have been informed.

The incident took place under the jurisdiction of Babugarh Police Station in Hapur district. Further legal action will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.
