राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता के लिए चयन ट्रायल का आयोजन 16 जुलाई को ब्रेनवेव्स इंटरनेशनल स्कूल के अत्याधुनिक स्विमिंग पूल में किया गया। ट्रायल में जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों और संस्थानों के प्रतिभाशाली तैराकों ने भाग लिया। कड़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा के बीच दीक्षा विश्वकर्मा ने अपने शानदार प्रदर्शन से सभी का ध्यान आकर्षित किया। उन्होंने 50 मीटर फ्रीस्टाइल तथा 50 मीटर बैकस्ट्रोक स्पर्धाओं में उत्कृष्ट समय निकालते हुए जिला चैंपियन बनने का गौरव हासिल किया और राज्य प्रतियोगिता के लिए अपना स्थान पक्का किया।

अब दीक्षा विश्वकर्मा 23 से 26 जुलाई 2026 तक लखनऊ स्थित के.डी. सिंह बाबू स्टेडियम में आयोजित होने वाली चार दिवसीय जूनियर एवं सब-जूनियर राज्य तैराकी चैंपियनशिप में हापुड़ जनपद का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगी। खेल प्रेमियों और विद्यालय परिवार को उम्मीद है कि वह राज्य स्तर पर भी शानदार प्रदर्शन कर जिले और विद्यालय का नाम रोशन करेंगी।

Hapur, July 18: Brainwaves International School, Hapur, has once again brought pride to the district by achieving another milestone in the field of sports. The school's talented swimmer Diksha Vishwakarma has been selected to represent Hapur district in the upcoming Junior and Sub-Junior Uttar Pradesh State Swimming Championship 2026.

The district selection trials for the prestigious state-level championship were held on July 16 at the state-of-the-art swimming pool of Brainwaves International School. Several promising swimmers from across Hapur district participated in the trials. Diksha delivered an outstanding performance, securing the District Champion title by excelling in both the 50-meter Freestyle and 50-meter Backstroke events, earning her place in the Hapur district team.

Diksha will now represent Hapur at the four-day Junior and Sub-Junior Uttar Pradesh State Swimming Championship, scheduled to be held from July 23 to July 26, 2026, at the K.D. Singh Babu Stadium, Lucknow. The school fraternity is confident that she will continue her impressive form and make both the school and the district proud at the state level.
