99 स्टोर में स्टूल खरीदने गई महिला से मारपीट, हाथ फ्रैक्चर होने का आरोप

हापुड़। शहर के मोदीनगर रोड पुल के नीचे स्थित ₹99 स्टोर में खरीदारी करने गई एक महिला ने शोरूम की महिला कर्मचारियों और मालिक पर मारपीट, हाथ तोड़ने, धमकी देने तथा समझौते का दबाव बनाने का आरोप लगाया है। पीड़िता ने थाना हापुड़ नगर में तहरीर देकर आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

पंचवटी कॉलोनी, दस्तोई रोड, गौशाला के सामने निवासी अलका सागर पत्नी स्वर्गीय शक्ति सिंह ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में बताया कि 20 जुलाई को शाम करीब 4:30 बजे वह मोदीनगर रोड पुल के नीचे स्थित ₹99 शोरूम पर एक स्टूल खरीदने गई थीं। उन्होंने काउंटर पर मौजूद दो महिला कर्मचारियों से केवल इतना पूछा कि संबंधित स्टूल पानी के कूलर का भार सह सकेगा या नहीं। आरोप है कि इसी बात को लेकर दोनों कर्मचारियों ने अभद्र व्यवहार शुरू कर दिया और देखते ही देखते विवाद बढ़ गया।

महिला का आरोप है कि दोनों कर्मचारियों ने गाली-गलौज करते हुए उनके साथ मारपीट की तथा उनका हाथ इतनी जोर से मरोड़ा कि हाथ में फ्रैक्चर हो गया। घटना में उन्हें अन्य चोटें भी आईं, जिसके बाद उन्हें चिकित्सीय उपचार कराना पड़ा।

पीड़िता का आरोप है कि घटना के बाद जब उन्होंने पुलिस में शिकायत करने की बात कही तो शोरूम के मालिक रंजीत चौधरी ने कार्रवाई न करने का आग्रह करते हुए उपचार का पूरा खर्च उठाने का आश्वासन दिया। लेकिन बाद में न तो इलाज का खर्च दिया गया और न ही कोई सहायता की गई।

तहरीर में यह भी आरोप लगाया गया है कि अब शोरूम मालिक और कर्मचारी लगातार समझौते का दबाव बना रहे हैं तथा पुलिस में शिकायत करने पर गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने और जान-माल की हानि पहुंचाने की धमकी दे रहे हैं। महिला का कहना है कि घटना की सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी सुरक्षित है, जिसे आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पुलिस को उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

पीड़िता ने थाना हापुड़ नगर पुलिस से निष्पक्ष जांच कर दोषियों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने, कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई करने तथा स्वयं और अपने परिवार की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की है। फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।

Woman Alleges Assault at ₹99 Store in Hapur, Claims Arm Fractured After Dispute

Hapur: A woman has lodged a complaint with Hapur Nagar Police alleging that she was assaulted by two female employees at a ₹99 retail store on Modinagar Road, resulting in a fractured arm. She has also accused the store owner of pressuring her to settle the matter and threatening her after she decided to approach the police.

According to the complaint, Alka Sagar, wife of late Shakti Singh and a resident of Panchvati Colony, visited the ₹99 store beneath the Modinagar Road flyover on July 20 at around 4:30 p.m. to purchase a stool. She alleged that she merely asked the staff whether the stool was strong enough to bear the weight of a water cooler.

The complainant claimed that the two female employees became abusive over the query and allegedly assaulted her. She further alleged that one of them twisted her arm with such force that it resulted in a fracture. She also sustained other injuries and later underwent medical treatment.

In her complaint, Alka Sagar alleged that after the incident, the store owner, identified as Ranjeet Chaudhary, requested her not to file a police complaint and assured her that he would bear all medical expenses. However, she claimed that no financial assistance was provided later.

She further alleged that the store owner and staff are now pressuring her to compromise and threatening her with serious consequences if she pursues legal action. The complainant stated that CCTV footage of the incident is available and can be submitted to the police as evidence.

She has requested Hapur Nagar Police to register an FIR against the accused, conduct a fair investigation, take strict legal action, and ensure the safety of her and her family.

Police officials said the matter will be investigated on the basis of the complaint, and appropriate legal action will be taken as per the findings.
