खाद्य विभाग की सख्ती, ढाबे और डेयरी पर छापा; पनीर, बटर, दूध और ग्रेवी के नमूने लिए

हापुड़। जिले में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन की टीम ने गुरुवार को बाबूगढ़ क्षेत्र में औचक निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान एनएच-9 स्थित बिस्मिल्लाह ढाबा और बाबूगढ़ छावनी की गर्ग डेयरी पर छापेमारी कर चार खाद्य पदार्थों के नमूने संग्रहित किए गए। विभाग ने दोनों प्रतिष्ठानों को मौके पर पाई गई कमियों के संबंध में सुधार नोटिस भी जारी किया है।

सहायक आयुक्त (खाद्य) चंद्रशेखर मिश्र के नेतृत्व में गठित टीम ने सबसे पहले गर्ग डेयरी का निरीक्षण किया। यहां से पनीर, बटर और दूध के नमूने लेकर उन्हें परीक्षण के लिए सुरक्षित किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों से संबंधित कुछ कमियां मिलने पर डेयरी संचालक को सुधार के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके बाद टीम ने एनएच-9 स्थित बिस्मिल्लाह ढाबे पर पहुंचकर तैयार ग्रेवी का नमूना लिया। यहां भी निरीक्षण के दौरान आवश्यक मानकों में कुछ कमियां मिलने पर सुधार सूचना नोटिस जारी किया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि सभी नमूनों को खाद्य विश्लेषक प्रयोगशाला भेजा जा रहा है। रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के बाद यदि किसी नमूने में मिलावट या गुणवत्ता संबंधी अनियमितता पाई जाती है तो संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि जिले में मिलावटखोरों के खिलाफ अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा और समय-समय पर ऐसे औचक निरीक्षण किए जाते रहेंगे।

Food Safety Department Conducts Surprise Raids in Hapur, Collects Samples of Paneer, Butter, Milk and Gravy

Hapur: The Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) conducted surprise inspections at a dairy and a roadside eatery in Hapur district on Thursday as part of its ongoing drive against adulterated and substandard food products. During the operation, officials collected samples of paneer, butter, milk and gravy for laboratory testing and issued improvement notices to both establishments for deficiencies observed during the inspection.

The raid was carried out under the directions of the Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Administration, Uttar Pradesh, and the District Magistrate. The inspection team was led by Assistant Commissioner (Food) Chandrashekhar Mishra and included Chief Food Safety Officer Pankaj Kumar and Food Safety Officers Sovendra Singh Panghal, Vipin Kumar Singh and Mohit Kumar.

The team first inspected Garg Dairy in Babugarh Cantonment, where one sample each of paneer, butter and milk was collected. The officials also identified certain shortcomings and issued an improvement notice to the dairy.

Later, the team raided Bismillah Dhaba on NH-9 in Babugarh and collected a sample of gravy. An improvement notice was also issued to the eatery after deficiencies were found during the inspection.

According to the Food Safety Department, all collected samples have been sent to the State Food Testing Laboratory for analysis. Appropriate legal action will be initiated under the Food Safety and Standards Act if any sample fails to meet the prescribed quality standards. Officials said the campaign against adulteration and unsafe food products will continue across the district in the coming days.
