गढ़मुक्तेश्वर (हापुड़)। बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के अंतर्गत स्कूल चलो अभियान एवं प्रवेश उत्सव के द्वितीय चरण का आयोजन बुधवार को महेंद्र सिंह डिग्री कॉलेज, गढ़मुक्तेश्वर में किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य 6 से 14 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के प्रत्येक बच्चे का विद्यालयों में नामांकन सुनिश्चित कर जिले में शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना रहा।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष रेखा नागर तथा विशिष्ट अतिथि गढ़मुक्तेश्वर विधायक हरेंद्र तेवतिया, भाजपा महिला मोर्चा की जिला मंत्री पिंकी त्यागी एवं अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों ने मां सरस्वती के चित्र के समक्ष दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया।

जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी दीपा भाटी ने कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्य पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि शिक्षा का अधिकार प्रत्येक बच्चे का अधिकार है। इसलिए 6 से 14 वर्ष आयु वर्ग का कोई भी बच्चा विद्यालय से बाहर न रहे, इसके लिए सभी को मिलकर कार्य करना होगा।

जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष रेखा नागर ने कहा कि शत-प्रतिशत साक्षरता का लक्ष्य तभी पूरा होगा जब जनप्रतिनिधि, शिक्षक और समाज मिलकर बच्चों को शिक्षा से जोड़ने का अभियान चलाएं।

विधायक हरेंद्र तेवतिया ने कहा कि हर बच्चे में अलग-अलग प्रतिभा होती है और उसे पहचानकर निखारने का कार्य शिक्षक करते हैं। समाज और राष्ट्र निर्माण में शिक्षकों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विद्यालयों में सर्वाधिक नामांकन कराने वाले प्रत्येक ब्लॉक के दो प्रधानाध्यापकों को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। गढ़मुक्तेश्वर ब्लॉक से प्राथमिक विद्यालय बहादुरगढ़ के प्रधानाध्यापक विशाल कुमार तथा प्राथमिक विद्यालय शाहपुर चौधरी के प्रधानाध्यापक लताफत अली, सिंभावली ब्लॉक से मोहम्मद जफर एवं गुलशन रिफत, जबकि धौलाना ब्लॉक से मोहम्मद तारिक सहित अन्य शिक्षकों को नामांकन बढ़ाने में उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए सम्मानित किया गया।

इसके बाद अतिथियों ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर जागरूकता रैली को रवाना किया। रैली के माध्यम से अभिभावकों को बच्चों का विद्यालयों में प्रवेश कराने और शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूक रहने का संदेश दिया गया।

खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी देशराज वत्स ने सभी अतिथियों का आभार व्यक्त किया। कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन में मनोज कुमार, योगेश गुप्ता, पंकज चतुर्वेदी, एसआरजी भरत शर्मा, जिला व्यायाम शिक्षक मनप्रीत खैरा, ब्लॉक व्यायाम शिक्षिका सरिता चौधरी, एआरपी आकिब बिलाल, अभिमन्यु, कुलदीप कुमार सहित अन्य अधिकारियों एवं शिक्षकों ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

कार्यक्रम में ब्लॉक मंत्री योगेंद्र कुमार, नीलम शर्मा, सरस्वती, बीना सिंह, सोनिका, नीलम त्यागी, मानसी अरोड़ा, बृजेश, ललित, नरेंद्र, अमित सहित बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षक एवं जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे। मंच संचालन संजय शर्मा और अंजू आजाद ने किया।

Second Phase of ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ and Enrollment Festival Held in Garhmukteshwar

Garhmukteshwar (Hapur): The second phase of the School Chalo Abhiyan and Enrollment Festival, organized under the Basic Education Council, was held at Mahendra Singh Degree College, Garhmukteshwar. The primary objective of the event was to ensure 100% enrollment of children aged 6–14 years in schools across the district.

The programme was inaugurated by Zila Panchayat Chairperson Rekha Nagar, Garhmukteshwar MLA Harendra Teotia, BJP Mahila Morcha District Minister Pinky Tyagi, and other public representatives by lighting the ceremonial lamp before the idol of Goddess Saraswati.

District Basic Education Officer (BSA) Deepa Bhati highlighted the campaign's objective, stating that every child between the ages of 6 and 14 has the right to education, and no child should remain out of school. She emphasized collective efforts to achieve 100% enrollment in the district.

Addressing the gathering, Rekha Nagar stressed that the goal of universal literacy can only be achieved through active participation of public representatives, teachers, and society.

MLA Harendra Teotia said that every child possesses unique talent, and teachers play a vital role in identifying and nurturing those abilities. He described teachers as key contributors to nation-building.

During the programme, headmasters who achieved the highest enrollment in their respective blocks were honored with certificates of appreciation. Among those felicitated were Vishal Kumar (Primary School Bahadurgarh) and Latafat Ali (Primary School Shahpur Chaudhary) from Garhmukteshwar block, Mohammad Zafar and Gulshan Rifat from Simbhawali block, and Mohammad Tariq from Dhaulana block, along with other educators for their outstanding contribution to increasing student enrollment.

The dignitaries also flagged off an awareness rally involving schoolchildren to encourage parents to enroll their children in schools and promote the importance of education.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Block Education Officer Deshraj Vats. The event was successfully coordinated under the guidance of BSA Deepa Bhati, with significant contributions from Manoj Kumar, Yogesh Gupta, Pankaj Chaturvedi, SRG Bharat Sharma, District Physical Education Teacher Manpreet Khaira, Block Physical Education Teacher Sarita Chaudhary, ARPs Aqib Bilal, Abhimanyu, Kuldeep Kumar, and other officials.

The programme was attended by teachers, education department officials, public representatives, and local dignitaries. The stage was jointly conducted by Sanjay Sharma and Anju Azad.
