हापुड़। विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस के अवसर पर 38 यूपी बटालियन एनसीसी हापुड़ द्वारा स्थानीय एसएसवी इंटर कॉलेज परिसर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में युवाओं को भविष्य के लिए कौशल विकास और व्यक्तित्व निर्माण का संदेश दिया गया। कार्यक्रम में जेएमएस ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशन्स, हापुड़ के महानिदेशक प्रोफेसर (डॉ.) सुभाष गौतम मुख्य अतिथि एवं मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने कहा कि बदलते दौर में केवल डिग्री हासिल करना पर्याप्त नहीं है, बल्कि सफलता के लिए स्किल, प्रभावी संचार क्षमता और अच्छे संस्कार भी उतने ही आवश्यक हैं।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ 38 यूपी बटालियन के कमान अधिकारी लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल वैजयंत शारदा के नेतृत्व में हुआ। उन्होंने बताया कि विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस का उद्देश्य युवाओं को रोजगारपरक शिक्षा, तकनीकी दक्षता और आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर प्रेरित करना है। इसी उद्देश्य से प्रो. (डॉ.) सुभाष गौतम को विद्यार्थियों का मार्गदर्शन करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया।

अपने प्रेरणादायी संबोधन में प्रो. गौतम ने कहा कि आज का समय प्रतिस्पर्धा का है, जहां केवल शैक्षणिक योग्यता ही नहीं बल्कि व्यवहारिक ज्ञान, तकनीकी कौशल, नेतृत्व क्षमता और बेहतर कम्युनिकेशन स्किल सफलता की मजबूत नींव बनते हैं। उन्होंने कैडेट्स से समय का सदुपयोग करने, निरंतर सीखने और अनुशासन को जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा बनाने का आह्वान किया। साथ ही करियर काउंसलिंग के माध्यम से विभिन्न रोजगार एवं उच्च शिक्षा के अवसरों की भी विस्तृत जानकारी दी।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान रिसालदार मेजर संजय धामा एवं एएनओ लेफ्टिनेंट डॉ. योगेश कुमार ने भी युवाओं को एनसीसी के महत्व, अनुशासन और राष्ट्र निर्माण में युवाओं की भूमिका पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी। सूबेदार सुरजीत सिंह, एएनओ लेफ्टिनेंट कपिल बिसला तथा एएनओ लेफ्टिनेंट राहुल भाटिया ने छात्र-छात्राओं के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों पर प्रकाश डाला।

इस अवसर पर जेएमएस ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशन्स के पुस्तकालय अध्यक्ष अनुज त्यागी सहित शिक्षकों एवं स्टाफ सदस्यों की भी उपस्थिति रही। कार्यक्रम के समापन पर रिसालदार मेजर संजय धामा ने सभी अतिथियों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए युवाओं से प्राप्त प्रेरणा को अपने जीवन में आत्मसात करने का आह्वान किया।

JMS Group Director General Invited as Chief Guest on World Youth Skills Day, Emphasizes Skill-Based Education

Hapur: The 38 UP Battalion NCC, Hapur, successfully organized a World Youth Skills Day programme at the premises of SSV Inter College, bringing together NCC cadets for an inspiring session on skill development, career planning, and personality enhancement.

Professor (Dr.) Subhash Gautam, Director General of JMS Group of Institutions, Hapur, was invited as the Chief Guest and Key Speaker. Addressing the cadets, he stressed that in today's highly competitive world, academic qualifications alone are not enough. He said that professional skills, effective communication, discipline, and strong moral values are essential for achieving success in any field.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Lieutenant Colonel Vaijayant Sharda, Commanding Officer of the 38 UP Battalion NCC. He said that World Youth Skills Day aims to encourage young people to develop industry-relevant skills and become self-reliant and responsible citizens.

During his keynote address, Prof. Gautam encouraged students to focus on continuous learning, practical knowledge, leadership qualities, and career-oriented education. Through an interactive career counselling session, he guided cadets about emerging career opportunities and emphasized the importance of skill-based education in today's rapidly changing world.

Risaldar Major Sanjay Dhama and ANO Lieutenant Dr. Yogesh Kumar also addressed the students, highlighting the importance of discipline, leadership, and the role of NCC in nation-building. Subedar Surjeet Singh, ANO Lieutenant Kapil Bisla, and ANO Lieutenant Rahul Bhatia appreciated the ongoing efforts being made for the overall development of students and motivated them to excel in both academics and life.

The programme was attended by Anuj Tyagi, Librarian of JMS Group of Institutions, along with faculty members and staff. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Risaldar Major Sanjay Dhama, who expressed gratitude to all the distinguished guests for inspiring the NCC cadets on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day.
