हापुड़। जनपद में मानवता को झकझोर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। थाना हापुड़ देहात क्षेत्र में 13 वर्षीय किशोरी के साथ दुष्कर्म किए जाने का आरोप सामने आया है। परिजनों की शिकायत के अनुसार किशोरी करीब पांच माह की गर्भवती है। मामले की जानकारी होने के बाद उसे चिकित्सकीय परीक्षण के लिए अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां गर्भावस्था की पुष्टि होने पर बाल संरक्षण की प्रक्रिया के तहत उसे चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन की निगरानी में भेज दिया गया।

पीड़िता की मां ने पुलिस को दी गई तहरीर में आरोप लगाया है कि एक युवक ने उसकी नाबालिग बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। साथ ही किशोरी ने यह भी बताया कि पूर्व में एक अन्य युवक ने भी उसके साथ गलत काम किया था। बताया गया कि भय और सामाजिक बदनामी के डर से किशोरी ने लंबे समय तक किसी को घटना की जानकारी नहीं दी।

परिजनों का कहना है कि जब बच्ची का पेट असामान्य रूप से बढ़ा हुआ दिखाई दिया तो उसे सरकारी अस्पताल ले जाया गया। वहां जांच के दौरान चिकित्सकों ने उसके गर्भवती होने की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद पूरे मामले का खुलासा हुआ।

पीड़िता की मां ने दोनों आरोपितों के खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए थाना हापुड़ देहात में तहरीर दी है। पुलिस ने तहरीर के आधार पर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। साथ ही किशोरी के बयान, चिकित्सकीय साक्ष्य और अन्य तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
