हापुड़/पिलखुवा। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-9 (एनएच-9) पर रिलायंस रोड के समीप मंगलवार को एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसे में लोडर चालक की जान चली गई। बताया जा रहा है कि लोडर का टायर पंचर होने के बाद चालक सड़क किनारे वाहन खड़ा कर टायर बदल रहा था। इसी दौरान पीछे से तेज रफ्तार में आए एक कैंटर ने लोडर में जोरदार टक्कर मार दी। हादसे में चालक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया, जिसकी अस्पताल में उपचार के दौरान मौत हो गई।

मृतक की पहचान पप्पू सिंह (45) के रूप में हुई है। वह मूल रूप से शाहजहांपुर जिले के जैतीपुर थाना क्षेत्र के लालपुर बड़ा गांव के निवासी थे और वर्तमान में गुरुग्राम के पालम विहार क्षेत्र में अपने परिवार के साथ रह रहे थे। परिजनों के अनुसार वह मंगलवार को लोडर में घरेलू सामान लेकर अपने पैतृक गांव जा रहे थे।

दोपहर बाद जब उनका वाहन रिलायंस रोड के पास पहुंचा तो लोडर का एक टायर पंचर हो गया। इसके बाद उन्होंने वाहन को सुरक्षित तरीके से सड़क किनारे खड़ा किया और टायर बदलने का काम शुरू कर दिया। इसी दौरान पीछे से तेज गति से आया एक कैंटर चालक वाहन पर नियंत्रण खो बैठा और सीधे खड़े लोडर से जा टकराया।

टक्कर का प्रभाव इतना जबरदस्त था कि टायर बदल रहे पप्पू सिंह उछलकर सड़क पर जा गिरे और गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। दुर्घटना के बाद मौके पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। राहगीरों ने तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दी और स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से घायल को एंबुलेंस के जरिए रामा मेडिकल कॉलेज पहुंचाया गया।

अस्पताल में चिकित्सकों ने उन्हें बचाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन सिर और शरीर पर आई गंभीर चोटों के कारण उपचार के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई। हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही परिजन अस्पताल पहुंच गए। मौत की खबर सुनते ही परिवार में मातम छा गया और परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल हो गया।

परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया है कि कैंटर चालक तेज रफ्तार और लापरवाही से वाहन चला रहा था, जिसकी वजह से यह दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ। उन्होंने संबंधित चालक के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए पुलिस को तहरीर दी है।

क्षेत्राधिकारी (सीओ) मुनीश चंद्र ने बताया कि शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। दुर्घटना के कारणों की जांच की जा रही है और उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Loader Driver Killed After Speeding Canter Rams Stationary Vehicle Near Reliance Road on NH-9

Hapur/Pilkhuwa: A tragic road accident claimed the life of a loader driver on National Highway-9 near Reliance Road after a speeding canter crashed into a stationary loader whose driver was replacing a punctured tyre.

The deceased has been identified as Pappu Singh (45), originally a resident of Lalpur Bada village in Jaitipur police station area of Shahjahanpur district. He was currently living in Palam Vihar, Gurugram, and was travelling to his native village with household belongings loaded in his vehicle.

According to police and family members, the loader developed a flat tyre near Reliance Road on Tuesday afternoon. Pappu Singh parked the vehicle safely on the roadside and began changing the tyre. While he was working beside the vehicle, a speeding canter approaching from behind allegedly lost control and rammed into the stationary loader.

The impact of the collision was severe, throwing the driver onto the road and leaving him critically injured. The accident created panic among commuters, and passersby immediately informed the police. With the help of local residents, the injured man was rushed to Rama Medical College for treatment.

Doctors made every effort to save him, but he succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The news of his death plunged the family into mourning as relatives rushed to the hospital after receiving information about the accident.

The victim's family has accused the canter driver of rash and negligent driving and has submitted a written complaint demanding strict legal action.

Circle Officer Munish Chandra said that the complaint has been received and an investigation is underway. Appropriate legal action will be taken based on the findings of the inquiry and the available evidence.
