हापुड़/बाबूगढ़। थाना बाबूगढ़ क्षेत्र के कुचेसर चौपला सर्विस रोड पर सोमवार को हुए सड़क हादसे में बाइक और ऑटो की आमने-सामने की जोरदार टक्कर हो गई। दुर्घटना में बाइक सवार समेत ऑटो चालक और उसमें बैठे यात्रियों सहित पांच लोग घायल हो गए। हादसे के बाद कुछ समय के लिए सर्विस रोड पर यातायात प्रभावित रहा। सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने सभी घायलों को अस्पताल पहुंचाया और क्षतिग्रस्त वाहनों को कब्जे में लेकर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, गांव शाहपुर जट्ट निवासी अमन सोमवार सुबह करीब 11:30 बजे अपनी बाइक से किसी कार्य के सिलसिले में कुचेसर चौपला की ओर जा रहे थे। जैसे ही वह सर्विस रोड पर पहुंचे, सामने से आ रहे एक ऑटो से उनकी आमने-सामने की टक्कर हो गई।

टक्कर इतनी जोरदार थी कि बाइक सवार अमन सड़क पर गिरकर घायल हो गए। वहीं ऑटो चालक शेर सिंह उर्फ शेरू, निवासी गांव धनपुरा, तथा ऑटो में सवार जितेंद्र कुमार (गांव दयानतपुर), अनुज (गांव शरीकपुर) और इलियास (गांव बीरमपुर) भी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।

हादसे के बाद मौके पर अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया। आसपास मौजूद राहगीर और स्थानीय लोग तुरंत घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे तथा घायलों की मदद करते हुए पुलिस को सूचना दी। कुछ ही देर में पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और सभी घायलों को एंबुलेंस के माध्यम से स्थानीय अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया।

दुर्घटना के कारण सर्विस रोड पर वाहनों की लंबी कतार लग गई थी। पुलिस ने क्षतिग्रस्त बाइक और ऑटो को सड़क से हटाकर अपने कब्जे में लिया और यातायात को सामान्य कराया।

क्षेत्राधिकारी (सीओ) अनीता चौहान ने बताया कि दुर्घटना में शामिल दोनों वाहनों को पुलिस ने कब्जे में ले लिया है और मामले की जांच की जा रही है। फिलहाल किसी भी पक्ष की ओर से लिखित शिकायत (तहरीर) प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। तहरीर मिलने पर नियमानुसार आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Five Injured as Motorcycle and Auto-Rickshaw Collide Head-On at Kuchesar Chaupala Service Road

Hapur/Babugarh: Five people were injured in a road accident after a motorcycle and an auto-rickshaw collided head-on on the Kuchesar Chaupala service road in Babugarh police station area on Monday. The collision temporarily disrupted traffic before police cleared the route and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital.

According to police, Aman, a resident of Shahpur Jatt village, was riding his motorcycle towards Kuchesar Chaupala at around 11:30 a.m. when his vehicle collided head-on with an approaching auto-rickshaw.

The impact of the crash threw both vehicles off balance. Aman sustained injuries, while the auto driver Sher Singh alias Sheru, a resident of Dhanpura village, and three passengers—Jitendra Kumar from Dayanatpur, Anuj from Sharikpur, and Ilyas from Birampur—were also injured.

The accident created panic among commuters, and a large number of passersby gathered at the scene. Local residents informed the police and helped the injured until emergency teams arrived.

Police reached the spot shortly afterward, shifted all five injured persons to a local hospital for treatment, and removed the damaged motorcycle and auto-rickshaw from the road to restore traffic movement.

Circle Officer Anita Chauhan said that both vehicles involved in the accident have been taken into police custody for investigation. She added that no formal written complaint has been received so far. Appropriate legal action will be initiated in accordance with the law if a complaint is filed after the investigation.
