हापुड़। जनपद में सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों की खुलेआम धज्जियां उड़ाने का एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है। वायरल वीडियो में एक कार की डिग्गी खुली हुई दिखाई दे रही है और उसमें कई महिलाएं बैठकर सफर करती नजर आ रही हैं। सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि कार तेज रफ्तार से मोदीनगर रोड पर दौड़ रही है। इस लापरवाही को देखकर राहगीरों ने वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल कर दिया, जिसके बाद लोगों ने जिम्मेदारों से कार्रवाई की मांग उठाई है।

बताया जा रहा है कि वायरल वीडियो हापुड़ के मोदीनगर रोड का है। वीडियो में साफ देखा जा सकता है कि कार की पिछली डिग्गी खुली हुई है और उसके अंदर महिलाएं बैठी हुई हैं। चालक बिना किसी सुरक्षा की परवाह किए वाहन को सड़क पर तेज गति से दौड़ा रहा है। यदि अचानक ब्रेक लग जाता या वाहन अनियंत्रित हो जाता तो बड़ा हादसा हो सकता था।

सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के अनुसार किसी भी वाहन की डिग्गी में लोगों को बैठाकर यात्रा कराना पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित है। इसके बावजूद इस तरह की लापरवाही लोगों की जान जोखिम में डाल रही है। वायरल वीडियो सामने आने के बाद स्थानीय लोगों ने इसे गैर-जिम्मेदाराना कृत्य बताते हुए संबंधित वाहन चालक के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो तेजी से साझा किया जा रहा है। लोग सवाल उठा रहे हैं कि आखिर सड़क पर इस तरह जानलेवा तरीके से वाहन चलाने वालों पर कब कार्रवाई होगी। हालांकि, 'हलचल इंडिया' इस वायरल वीडियो की स्वतंत्र रूप से पुष्टि नहीं करता है।

हापुड पुलिस का कहना है कि वायरल वीडियो की जांच कराई जाएगी। यदि वीडियो में दिखाई दे रहा वाहन और चालक की पहचान हो जाती है तथा नियमों के उल्लंघन की पुष्टि होती है तो मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

According to reports, the video is said to have been recorded on Modinagar Road in Hapur. The footage clearly shows the car's rear trunk left open, with multiple women seated inside as the vehicle continues moving at a high speed. The reckless act has raised serious questions about passenger safety, as a sudden brake or loss of control could have resulted in a major accident.

Under road safety regulations, carrying passengers in the trunk of a vehicle is strictly prohibited. Despite this, such dangerous practices continue to put lives at risk. After the video surfaced online, local residents condemned the incident as highly irresponsible and called for stringent action against the vehicle owner and driver.

The video is being widely shared across social media platforms, with users questioning when authorities will take strict action against those who endanger lives by violating traffic rules. However, Halchal India has not independently verified the authenticity of the viral video.

Hapur Police stated that the viral video will be examined. If the vehicle and driver shown in the footage are identified and the violation is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
