हापुड़/बहादुरगढ़। बहादुरगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र में एक व्यक्ति ने अपनी ससुराल पक्ष के दो लोगों पर बुलाकर मारपीट करने, गाली-गलौज करने और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का आरोप लगाया है। पीड़ित की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने संबंधित धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

पीड़ित धर्मेंद्र कुमार, निवासी गांव चांदनेर, ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में बताया कि 1 जुलाई की शाम करीब सात बजे उनकी पत्नी सुशीला ने उन्हें गांव आलमनगर स्थित ससुराल आने के लिए बुलाया था। आरोप है कि जैसे ही वह ससुराल पहुंचे, वहां मौजूद उनके दोनों साले राहुल और गजब सिंह उनसे विवाद करने लगे।

धर्मेंद्र का आरोप है कि कुछ ही देर में दोनों ने उनके साथ अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करते हुए गाली-गलौज शुरू कर दी। जब उन्होंने इसका विरोध किया तो आरोपियों ने लात-घूंसों और डंडों से उनकी पिटाई कर दी। पीड़ित का कहना है कि मारपीट के दौरान उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी गई, जिससे वह काफी भयभीत हैं।

घटना के बाद किसी तरह मौके से निकलकर पीड़ित ने पुलिस से शिकायत की और आरोपियों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की।

पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और घटना से जुड़े तथ्यों की जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच के दौरान दोनों पक्षों के बयान दर्ज किए जाएंगे और उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

क्षेत्राधिकारी (सीओ) राहुल यादव ने बताया कि पीड़ित की तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है। मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराई जा रही है और जांच में जो भी तथ्य सामने आएंगे, उनके अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Man Alleges Assault After Being Called to In-Laws' House; Case Registered Against Two Brothers-in-Law

Hapur/Bahadurgarh: Police have registered a case after a man accused his two brothers-in-law of assaulting him, abusing him, and issuing death threats after allegedly calling him to his in-laws' residence in Bahadurgarh police station area.

According to the complaint, Dharmendra Kumar, a resident of Chandner village, stated that on the evening of July 1 at around 7 p.m., his wife Sushila asked him to come to her parental home in Alamnagar village.

Dharmendra alleged that shortly after he arrived, his brothers-in-law, Rahul and Gajab Singh, began abusing him and started an argument. When he objected, the two allegedly assaulted him with punches, kicks, and sticks, causing injuries.

The complainant further alleged that the accused also threatened to kill him before he managed to leave the spot and report the incident to the police.

Based on the written complaint, police have registered an FIR and initiated an investigation into the matter. Officers said statements from both sides will be recorded, and further legal action will be taken based on the evidence collected during the investigation.

Circle Officer Rahul Yadav confirmed that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint and that a fair investigation is underway. He added that appropriate action will be taken according to the findings of the inquiry.
