हापुड़। जनपद में राजस्व वसूली की रफ्तार तेज करने और विभागीय कार्यों में जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गुरुवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना की अध्यक्षता में कर-करेतर एवं राजस्व वसूली की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष कम राजस्व वसूली करने वाले विभागों के अधिकारियों को कड़ी फटकार लगाते हुए तत्काल सुधार के निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि शासन की प्राथमिकताओं में राजस्व वसूली का महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। ऐसे में सभी संबंधित विभाग निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप शत-प्रतिशत राजस्व वसूली सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि जिन विभागों की प्रगति संतोषजनक नहीं है, वे विशेष अभियान चलाकर वसूली में तेजी लाएं और नियमित रूप से इसकी समीक्षा करें।

बैठक के दौरान सभी उप जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में राजस्व वसूली की स्थिति पर लगातार निगरानी रखें तथा लंबित प्रकरणों का समयबद्ध निस्तारण कराते हुए लक्ष्य के अनुरूप प्रगति सुनिश्चित करें।

जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि राजस्व वसूली में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी और प्रत्येक विभाग अपनी जिम्मेदारी का पूरी गंभीरता से निर्वहन करे।

बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी (वित्त एवं राजस्व) संदीप कुमार, अपर जिलाधिकारी (न्यायिक), जनपद के सभी उप जिलाधिकारी, सभी पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी तथा विभिन्न विभागों के संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

DM Kavita Meena Directs Officials to Achieve 100% Revenue Collection Target

Hapur, July 16: District Magistrate Kavita Meena chaired a review meeting on tax and non-tax revenue collection at the Collectorate Auditorium on Thursday. During the meeting, she directed all departments to accelerate revenue recovery and ensure that the targets set by the government are achieved within the stipulated time.

Reviewing the progress of various departments, the District Magistrate expressed concern over the slow pace of revenue collection in departments that were lagging behind their targets. She instructed all Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) to closely monitor the recovery process in their respective jurisdictions and take effective measures to improve performance.

DM Kavita Meena emphasized that revenue collection is one of the government's top priorities and directed all concerned departments to achieve 100 percent of their assigned revenue collection targets.

She warned that negligence or delays in revenue recovery would not be tolerated and asked officials to conduct special drives wherever necessary to improve the pace of collection.

She also instructed officers to regularly review pending cases, resolve bottlenecks promptly, and ensure better coordination among departments to enhance revenue collection across the district.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Sandeep Kumar, Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), all Sub-Divisional Magistrates, all Circle Officers of Police, and other concerned departmental officials.
