हापुड़। संवाददाता - गौरव राणा - प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय आम महोत्सव में जनपद हापुड़ ने अपनी विशिष्ट पहचान दर्ज कराते हुए बागवानी क्षेत्र में नई उपलब्धि हासिल की है। गढ़मुक्तेश्वर तहसील के किसान उत्पादक संगठन (एफपीओ) को उत्कृष्ट आम उत्पादन, आधुनिक बागवानी तकनीकों के सफल प्रयोग और किसानों को संगठित कर बाजार से जोड़ने के उल्लेखनीय कार्यों के लिए प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया। इस सम्मान से जनपद के आम उत्पादकों में उत्साह की लहर है और बागवानी क्षेत्र को नई पहचान मिली है।

प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा प्रगतिशील आम उत्पादकों को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित इस महोत्सव में प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों के किसान, उद्यान विशेषज्ञ, वैज्ञानिक, निर्यातक और व्यापारी शामिल हुए। इनमें हापुड़ के गढ़मुक्तेश्वर तहसील के एफपीओ ने अपने बेहतर कार्यों और गुणवत्तापूर्ण आम उत्पादन के दम पर सभी का ध्यान आकर्षित किया। मुख्यमंत्री के हाथों मिला यह सम्मान किसानों की मेहनत, नवाचार और उद्यान विभाग हापुड़ के निरंतर मार्गदर्शन का परिणाम माना जा रहा है।

जिला उद्यान विभाग ने पिछले कुछ वर्षों में किसानों को आधुनिक बागवानी तकनीकों से जोड़ने, गुणवत्तापूर्ण पौधरोपण, जैविक खेती, वैज्ञानिक तरीके से फसल प्रबंधन, मूल्य संवर्धन तथा समूह आधारित विपणन के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए हैं। विभाग की पहल पर एफपीओ मॉडल को मजबूत किया गया, जिससे किसानों को उत्पादन के साथ-साथ विपणन में भी लाभ मिलने लगा। आधुनिक तकनीकों के उपयोग और बेहतर प्रबंधन के कारण जनपद के आम की गुणवत्ता में उल्लेखनीय सुधार हुआ है।

महोत्सव के तीसरे दिन राजभवन, लखनऊ में आयोजित होने वाली बायर-सेलर मीट में हापुड़ के प्रगतिशील किसान हर्षवर्धन त्यागी प्रदेशभर से आए उद्यान विशेषज्ञों, व्यापारियों और निर्यातकों के बीच अपने अनुभव साझा करेंगे। वह जैविक आम उत्पादन, गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन, एफपीओ मॉडल, ब्रांडिंग और विपणन के सफल प्रयोगों पर प्रस्तुति देंगे। माना जा रहा है कि उनका अनुभव अन्य किसानों के लिए प्रेरणा बनेगा और हापुड़ के आम को राष्ट्रीय ही नहीं, अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों तक नई पहचान दिलाने में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा।

जिला उद्यान अधिकारी ने बताया कि विभाग किसानों को उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले उत्पादन, जैविक खेती, मूल्य संवर्धन और बेहतर विपणन से जोड़ने के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रहा है। किसानों को समय-समय पर प्रशिक्षण, तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन और योजनाओं का लाभ उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है, जिससे उनकी आय में वृद्धि हो रही है और बागवानी के क्षेत्र में नए अवसर भी विकसित हो रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा मिला यह सम्मान केवल एक एफपीओ की उपलब्धि नहीं, बल्कि पूरे जनपद हापुड़ के बागवानी क्षेत्र, आम उत्पादकों और उद्यान विभाग की सामूहिक मेहनत का परिणाम है। भविष्य में भी विभाग किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, आधुनिक तकनीकों को बढ़ावा देने तथा हापुड़ को प्रदेश के प्रमुख और उत्कृष्ट आम उत्पादन केंद्र के रूप में स्थापित करने के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य करता रहेगा।

Hapur FPO Honoured by Chief Minister at Lucknow Mango Festival, Showcases Excellence in Organic Mango Farming

Hapur: Hapur district earned statewide recognition at the three-day Mango Festival held in Lucknow, where the Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) from Garhmukteshwar tehsil was honoured by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for its outstanding contribution to quality mango production, modern horticulture practices, and farmer empowerment.

The prestigious recognition reflects the hard work of mango growers, innovative farming practices, and the continuous support provided by the Hapur Horticulture Department in promoting scientific and market-oriented horticulture.

The Mango Festival was organized to encourage progressive mango growers from across Uttar Pradesh and brought together farmers, horticulture experts, scientists, exporters, buyers, and traders. Among the participants, the Garhmukteshwar FPO stood out for its commitment to high-quality mango production, organic farming, and collective marketing through the FPO model.

The Hapur District Horticulture Department has played a significant role in this achievement by guiding farmers in adopting modern orchard management techniques, organic cultivation, quality production, value addition, and group-based marketing. Through continuous technical support and farmer training, the department has helped improve both the quality and marketability of mangoes produced in the district.

On the third day of the festival, progressive farmer Harshvardhan Tyagi from Hapur will represent the district at the Buyer-Seller Meet being held at Raj Bhavan, Lucknow. He will share his experiences on organic mango cultivation, quality management, the FPO model, and effective marketing strategies with horticulture experts, traders, exporters, and stakeholders from across the state.

His presentation is expected to inspire other farmers and strengthen Hapur's position in national and international mango markets by highlighting the district's success in sustainable and market-driven mango production.

The District Horticulture Officer, Hapur, said that the department is continuously working to connect mango growers with high-quality production techniques, organic farming practices, value addition, and better marketing opportunities. Regular training, technical guidance, and government support are being provided to help farmers increase productivity and income.

The officer added that the honour received at the Mango Festival is not just a recognition of one FPO but an achievement for the entire horticulture sector of Hapur district. The department remains committed to enhancing farmers' income and establishing Hapur as one of Uttar Pradesh's leading centres for premium mango production.
