धौलाना। थाना धौलाना क्षेत्र में अवैध मिट्टी खनन का विरोध करना एक युवक को भारी पड़ गया। आरोप है कि विरोध से नाराज कुछ लोगों ने युवक के कार्यालय में घुसकर उस पर लाठी-डंडों और फावड़े से जानलेवा हमला कर दिया। हमले में युवक के सिर पर गंभीर चोटें आई हैं। घायल को तत्काल अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जबकि घटना के बाद आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी हुई है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, खेड़ा गांव निवासी जितेंद्र तोमर उर्फ पिंटू तोमर का पुत्र हिमांशु तोमर शुक्रवार सुबह पिलखुवा मार्ग स्थित क्राउन प्लाजा के पास मामा-भांजा पीर वाले रास्ते से गुजर रहा था। इसी दौरान रास्ते में मिट्टी से भरी ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली खड़ी होने के कारण आवागमन प्रभावित हो रहा था। हिमांशु ने इसका विरोध किया, जिस पर वहां मौजूद खनन कार्य से जुड़े कुछ लोगों से उसकी कहासुनी हो गई।

परिजनों का आरोप है कि विवाद के कुछ समय बाद ककरान और बझैड़ा खुर्द गांव के कुछ युवक हिमांशु के कार्यालय पर पहुंचे। आरोप है कि उन्होंने कार्यालय में घुसते ही लाठी-डंडों और फावड़े से हिमांशु पर ताबड़तोड़ हमला कर दिया। हमले में उसके सिर पर कई गंभीर चोटें आईं और वह लहूलुहान होकर जमीन पर गिर पड़ा। शोर सुनकर आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और किसी तरह घायल को आरोपियों के चंगुल से छुड़ाकर अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जहां उसका उपचार जारी है।

घटना के बाद हमलावर मौके से फरार हो गए। सूचना मिलने पर थाना धौलाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी। पुलिस आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज भी खंगाल रही है तथा आरोपियों की तलाश में संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दे रही है।

पुलिस का कहना है कि तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर अग्रिम विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। वहीं, क्षेत्र में अवैध मिट्टी खनन को लेकर एक बार फिर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि यदि अवैध खनन पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाया जाए तो इस तरह की घटनाओं पर भी रोक लग सकती है।

Youth Seriously Injured in Spade Attack After Opposing Illegal Soil Mining in Dhaulana

Dhaulana (Hapur): A young man was allegedly attacked with a spade and sticks after he opposed illegal soil mining in the Dhaulana police station area of Hapur district. The victim sustained serious head injuries and was admitted to a hospital for treatment. The accused fled the scene, while police have launched an investigation into the incident.

According to information, Himanshu Tomar, son of Jitendra Tomar alias Pintu Tomar, a resident of Khera village, was passing through the Mama-Bhanja Pir route near Crown Plaza on the Pilkhuwa Road on Friday morning. It is alleged that a tractor-trolley loaded with soil was parked on the road, obstructing traffic.

When Himanshu objected to the blockage, an argument reportedly broke out between him and individuals allegedly involved in the soil mining activity.

According to the victim's family, a short while later, several youths from Kakran and Bazhaida Khurd villages allegedly arrived at Himanshu's office and attacked him with sticks and a spade. During the assault, Himanshu suffered multiple severe injuries to his head and collapsed in a pool of blood.

People present nearby rushed to the spot, rescued the injured man, and immediately shifted him to a hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.

Following the attack, the accused reportedly fled from the scene. After receiving information, Dhaulana police reached the spot, inspected the crime scene, and initiated an investigation. Police are also examining CCTV footage from nearby locations and conducting raids to trace the accused.

Police officials said that appropriate legal action will be taken based on the complaint submitted by the victim's family. The incident has once again raised concerns over alleged illegal soil mining activities in the area, with local residents demanding stricter action against those involved.
