हापुड़। कांवड़ यात्रा-2026 को पूरी तरह सुरक्षित, व्यवस्थित और शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न कराने के लिए हापुड़ पुलिस ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और अधिक मजबूत कर दिया है। पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने बुधवार को पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय से 20 कांवड़ मोटर साइकिल मोबाइल दस्तों को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। ये विशेष मोबाइल टीमें पूरे कांवड़ मार्ग पर लगातार गश्त करते हुए श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा, यातायात व्यवस्था और कानून-व्यवस्था पर पैनी नजर रखेंगी।

जनपद में कांवड़ यात्रा को लेकर सुरक्षा के व्यापक इंतजाम किए गए हैं। पुलिस ने पूरे कांवड़ मार्ग को 17 सेक्टरों में विभाजित किया है, जहां इन मोबाइल बाइक टीमों की तैनाती की गई है। आवश्यकता के अनुसार इनकी निगरानी व्यवस्था का विस्तार उप-सेक्टर स्तर तक भी किया जाएगा, ताकि मार्ग के प्रत्येक संवेदनशील स्थान पर पुलिस की सक्रिय मौजूदगी बनी रहे।

हरी झंडी दिखाने के बाद एसपी कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने सभी पुलिस अधिकारियों और जवानों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक पुलिसकर्मी पूरी जिम्मेदारी, सतर्कता और संवेदनशीलता के साथ अपनी ड्यूटी निभाए। किसी भी प्रकार की सूचना मिलने पर तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचकर प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जाए, जिससे श्रद्धालुओं को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।

एसपी ने कहा कि मोबाइल बाइक दस्तों को इस तरह तैयार किया गया है कि वे कम समय में किसी भी स्थान पर पहुंचकर स्थिति को नियंत्रित कर सकें। ये टीमें लगातार कांवड़ मार्ग पर भ्रमण करेंगी, भीड़ प्रबंधन में सहयोग देंगी, यातायात को सुचारु रखेंगी और किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करेंगी।

पुलिस प्रशासन ने यात्रा मार्ग पर निगरानी व्यवस्था को और मजबूत करने के लिए विभिन्न स्तरों पर सुरक्षा प्रबंध किए हैं। संवेदनशील स्थलों पर अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल की तैनाती के साथ अधिकारियों को लगातार क्षेत्र भ्रमण करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं, ताकि यात्रा के दौरान कानून-व्यवस्था पूरी तरह नियंत्रण में रहे।

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने श्रद्धालुओं से भी अपील की कि वे प्रशासन द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें, निर्धारित मार्ग का ही उपयोग करें तथा किसी भी संदिग्ध व्यक्ति या गतिविधि की जानकारी तुरंत पुलिस को दें। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस और जनता के सहयोग से ही कांवड़ यात्रा को सुरक्षित एवं सफल बनाया जा सकता है।

एसपी कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने बताया कि "कांवड़ यात्रा हमारे जनपद का अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण धार्मिक आयोजन है। हापुड़ पुलिस का उद्देश्य है कि प्रत्येक शिवभक्त पूरी सुरक्षा, सम्मान और सुविधा के साथ अपनी यात्रा पूरी कर सके। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए जनपद के कांवड़ मार्ग को 17 सेक्टरों में विभाजित कर 20 मोबाइल मोटर साइकिल दस्तों की तैनाती की गई है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर इनकी कार्यप्रणाली का विस्तार उप-सेक्टर स्तर तक भी किया जाएगा, ताकि मार्ग के प्रत्येक हिस्से पर पुलिस की प्रभावी निगरानी बनी रहे।

सभी मोबाइल टीमें लगातार गश्त करेंगी और श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा, यातायात व्यवस्था, भीड़ नियंत्रण तथा आपात स्थितियों पर त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया देंगी। प्रत्येक पुलिसकर्मी को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वह अपने कर्तव्यों का पूरी निष्ठा, अनुशासन और संवेदनशीलता के साथ निर्वहन करे। किसी भी प्रकार की सूचना मिलने पर तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचकर प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

हमारी प्राथमिकता यह है कि कांवड़ यात्रा पूरी तरह शांतिपूर्ण और व्यवस्थित रहे। जो भी व्यक्ति यात्रा में बाधा उत्पन्न करने, माहौल बिगाड़ने, अफवाह फैलाने या कानून-व्यवस्था से खिलवाड़ करने का प्रयास करेगा, उसके विरुद्ध सख्त वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जनपद पुलिस पूरी तरह सतर्क है और सभी अधिकारी लगातार फील्ड में रहकर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की निगरानी करेंगे। मैं सभी श्रद्धालुओं से भी अपील करता हूं कि वे प्रशासन का सहयोग करें, यातायात नियमों का पालन करें और किसी भी समस्या की सूचना तत्काल पुलिस को दें। हापुड़ पुलिस हर शिवभक्त की सुरक्षा के लिए 24 घंटे प्रतिबद्ध है।"

Impenetrable Security Cover on Kanwar Route: SP Flags Off 20 Mobile Bike Patrol Units in Hapur

Hapur: To ensure that the Kanwar Yatra 2026 is conducted in a safe, well-organized, and peaceful manner, Hapur Police has further strengthened its security arrangements. Superintendent of Police (SP) Kunwar Gyananjay Singh on Wednesday flagged off 20 Kanwar Motorcycle Mobile Patrol Units from the SP Office. These specially deployed teams will continuously patrol the Kanwar route, ensuring the safety of devotees, smooth traffic management, and strict maintenance of law and order.

The district administration has made extensive security arrangements for the annual pilgrimage. The entire Kanwar route has been divided into 17 security sectors, with the mobile patrol teams deployed across them. If required, the deployment will be expanded to sub-sector levels, ensuring an active police presence at every sensitive location along the route.

After flagging off the patrol units, SP Kunwar Gyananjay Singh instructed all police officers and personnel that the safety of Kanwariyas must remain the top priority throughout the pilgrimage. He emphasized that every police officer should perform their duties with responsibility, alertness, and sensitivity. Any information regarding an emergency or suspicious activity must be acted upon immediately to prevent inconvenience to devotees.

The SP said the mobile bike patrol teams have been designed to reach any location within a short time and respond swiftly to any situation. The teams will conduct continuous patrolling, assist in crowd management, regulate traffic, and take prompt action against any suspicious activities.

To further strengthen surveillance, the police administration has implemented multi-layered security measures across the Kanwar route. Additional police personnel have been deployed at sensitive locations, while senior officers have been directed to remain in the field and continuously monitor the security arrangements to ensure that law and order remains under control throughout the yatra.

The SP also appealed to devotees to follow the guidelines issued by the administration, use only the designated routes, and immediately inform the police about any suspicious person or activity. He said the successful and safe conduct of the Kanwar Yatra is possible only through cooperation between the police and the public.

SP Kunwar Gyananjay Singh's said "The Kanwar Yatra is one of the most significant religious events in our district. Hapur Police is committed to ensuring that every devotee completes the pilgrimage safely, respectfully, and without inconvenience.

Keeping this objective in mind, the Kanwar route has been divided into 17 sectors, and 20 motorcycle mobile patrol units have been deployed. If necessary, the deployment will be extended to the sub-sector level to maintain effective surveillance across every stretch of the route.

The mobile teams will continuously patrol the route, ensure the safety of devotees, manage traffic, assist in crowd control, and respond promptly to emergencies. Every police personnel has been instructed to perform their duties with discipline, dedication, and sensitivity. Any information received will be acted upon immediately. Our priority is to ensure that the Kanwar Yatra remains peaceful and well-organized. Anyone attempting to disrupt the pilgrimage, spread rumors, create disturbances, or violate law and order will face strict legal action.
