हापुड़। दिल्ली-लखनऊ राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-9 पर मंगलवार तड़के एक के बाद एक घटनाओं से अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया। बाबूगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के बागड़पुर फ्लाईओवर पर आगे चल रही पशुओं के चारे (कुट्टी) से भरी ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली में उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम की रोडवेज बस पीछे से टकरा गई। टक्कर इतनी जोरदार थी कि ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली हाईवे पर पलट गई और उसमें भरी कुट्टी पूरे मार्ग पर फैल गई। इससे राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर यातायात बाधित हो गया। पुलिस और एनएचएआई की टीम ने तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचकर ट्रैफिक को सर्विस रोड पर डायवर्ट कराया।

जानकारी के अनुसार मंगलवार सुबह करीब चार बजे मुरादाबाद से दिल्ली की ओर जा रही उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम के काठगोदाम डिपो की बस संख्या UK07PA4205 आगे चल रही ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली संख्या UP22 AE9150 से टकरा गई। ट्रॉली में पशुओं का चारा (कुट्टी) भरा हुआ था। हादसे के बाद ट्रॉली पलट गई और हाईवे पर चारे का ढेर लग गया, जिससे वाहनों की लंबी कतारें लगने लगीं।

यातायात को सुचारु रखने के लिए पुलिस और एनएचएआई की टीम ने वाहनों को सर्विस रोड की ओर मोड़ दिया। इसी दौरान अंडरपास के पास सर्विस रोड पर यात्रियों से भरा एक ई-रिक्शा और दो महिलाओं को लेकर जा रही एक एक्टिवा किसी गुजर रहे वाहन से टकरा गई। हादसे में ई-रिक्शा में बैठे यात्रियों और एक्टिवा चालक को मामूली चोटें आईं। सभी घायलों को उपचार के लिए अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहां प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उनकी स्थिति सामान्य बताई गई।

पुलिस के अनुसार बस चालक मनोज सिंह, पुत्र चंदन सिंह निवासी हल्द्वानी तथा ट्रैक्टर चालक चंद्रभान, पुत्र सोमपाल निवासी रामपुर पूरी तरह सुरक्षित हैं। घटना के बाद जेसीबी मशीन की सहायता से हाईवे पर फैली कुट्टी को हटाने का कार्य शुरू कराया गया। काफी मशक्कत के बाद मार्ग को साफ कर यातायात सामान्य कराया गया। पुलिस पूरे घटनाक्रम की जांच कर रही है।

Bus Crashes into Fodder-Laden Tractor Trolley on NH-9; Diversion Leads to E-Rickshaw and Scooter Collision

Hapur: Panic gripped the Delhi–Lucknow National Highway-9 early Tuesday morning after two back-to-back road incidents disrupted traffic in the Babugarh police station area.

The first accident occurred around 4:00 AM on the Bagadpur Flyover, where a Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (Kathgodam Depot) bus (UK07PA4205) travelling from Moradabad to Delhi rammed into a tractor-trolley (UP22 AE9150) carrying animal fodder (chaff).

The impact caused the tractor-trolley to overturn, scattering fodder across the highway and blocking multiple lanes. As a result, long traffic queues formed on NH-9. Police and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) quickly reached the spot and diverted traffic through the service road to restore movement.

During the diversion near the underpass, a passenger-loaded e-rickshaw and a Honda Activa scooter carrying two women were involved in another collision with a passing vehicle. Several passengers in the e-rickshaw and the scooter rider sustained minor injuries. All the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, where they received first aid and were reported to be in stable condition.

According to police, bus driver Manoj Singh, son of Chandan Singh and a resident of Haldwani, and tractor driver Chandrabhan, son of Sompal and a resident of Rampur, escaped the accident unharmed.

JCB machines were deployed to clear the spilled fodder from the highway. After several hours of cleanup operations, traffic was restored to normal. Police have initiated an investigation into both incidents.
