पिलखुवा कोतवाली पुलिस ने कथित तौर पर फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर भूमि पर अवैध कब्जा करने के मामले में एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस का कहना है कि आरोपी लंबे समय से इस मामले में वांछित चल रहा था।

पुलिस के अनुसार, ग्राम खेड़ा निवासी महीपाल सिंह की शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज किया गया था। शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया कि गांव के ही रहने वाले राकेश ने अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ मिलकर इब्राहिमपुर तिसौली स्थित एक जमीन से जुड़े नकली दस्तावेज तैयार किए।

आरोप है कि इन कथित फर्जी कागजात का इस्तेमाल न्यायालय में चल रहे भूमि विवाद से संबंधित मुकदमे में भी किया गया। शिकायत मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू की और आरोपी की तलाश की जा रही थी।

क्षेत्राधिकारी मुनीश चंद्र ने बताया कि वांछित आरोपी राकेश को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। मामले की विवेचना जारी है और जांच में सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Accused Arrested in Alleged Land Grab Case Involving Forged Documents

Pilkhuwa police have arrested a man wanted in connection with an alleged land fraud case involving forged property documents. The accused had been absconding since the case was registered.

According to police, the FIR was lodged following a complaint by Mahipal Singh, a resident of Kheda village. The complainant alleged that Rakesh, along with several associates, prepared forged documents related to a piece of land located in Ibrahimpur Tisauli.

Police further stated that the allegedly fabricated documents were also used in legal proceedings before a court in connection with the disputed property.

Circle Officer Munish Chandra confirmed that the wanted accused, Rakesh, has been taken into custody. The investigation is still underway, and further legal action will be based on the evidence and findings that emerge during the probe.
