सहारनपुर के सरसावा थाना क्षेत्र में जमीन से जुड़े एक विवाद को लेकर पुलिस ने हापुड़ में तैनात जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी सहित पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। मामला एक महिला की शिकायत पर दर्ज हुआ है, जिसमें संपत्ति हड़पने की कथित साजिश और फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार करने के आरोप लगाए गए हैं।

मीरपुर सीतापुर गांव निवासी मुनेश रानी ने शिकायत में आरोप लगाया कि उनकी बेटी डॉ. सीमा चौधरी और चार अन्य लोगों ने मिलकर उनकी जमीन पर कब्जा करने की नीयत से कथित तौर पर फर्जी रसीद तैयार की और उस पर जाली हस्ताक्षर किए। शिकायतकर्ता का दावा है कि हस्तलेख विशेषज्ञ से कराई गई जांच में हस्ताक्षर उनके नहीं पाए गए।

महिला ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि विरोध करने पर उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई। साथ ही उनकी जानकारी के बिना उनके बैंक खाते से लाखों रुपये के लेनदेन किए जाने की भी शिकायत की गई है।

डीआईजी के निर्देश के बाद सरसावा थाना पुलिस ने डॉ. सीमा चौधरी, संजीव कुमार, राजेंद्र, गंभीर और नरेश कुमार के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। जांच अधिकारी देवकरण शर्मा ने बताया कि शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए दस्तावेजों और अन्य साक्ष्यों का परीक्षण किया जा रहा है। जांच पूरी होने के बाद आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

वहीं, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी डॉ. सीमा चौधरी ने अपने ऊपर लगाए गए सभी आरोपों को निराधार बताया है। उनका कहना है कि मामला पूरी तरह गलत है और उन्हें किसी प्राथमिकी की जानकारी नहीं है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उनके अपनी मां के साथ पारिवारिक संबंध सामान्य और अच्छे हैं।

FIR Registered Against District Supply Officer and Four Others in Alleged Land Dispute

Police in Sarsawa, Saharanpur, have registered an FIR against Hapur's District Supply Officer and four others following allegations related to an alleged conspiracy to illegally acquire land. The case has been filed on the complaint of a woman, and an investigation is currently underway.

According to the complaint filed by Munesh Rani, a resident of Mirpur Sitapur village, her daughter Dr. Seema Chaudhary, along with four other individuals, allegedly prepared forged land-related documents with the intention of taking control of her property. The complainant claimed that a handwriting expert found the disputed signatures to be forged.

She further alleged that she received death threats after raising objections and also claimed that large financial transactions were carried out through her bank account without her knowledge.

Acting on the directions of the DIG, Sarsawa police registered a case against Dr. Seema Chaudhary, Sanjeev Kumar, Rajendra, Gambhir, and Naresh Kumar. Investigating Officer Devkaran Sharma said that the documents and evidence submitted by the complainant are being examined, and further legal action will depend on the findings of the investigation.

Responding to the allegations, Dr. Seema Chaudhary denied all claims, describing the case as completely false. She said she had no information about any FIR being registered and added that she shares a good relationship with her mother.
