हापुड़। जनपद के विद्यालयों में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधारने, निपुण लक्ष्य हासिल करने और प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्रा तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से मंगलवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना की अध्यक्षता में बेसिक एवं माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विद्यालयों में नामांकन, छात्र उपस्थिति, शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता, मूलभूत सुविधाएं, निपुण भारत मिशन, मिड-डे मील, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था, पेयजल, शौचालय, विद्युत व्यवस्था तथा विभिन्न योजनाओं की प्रगति का बिंदुवार मूल्यांकन किया गया।

जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक विद्यालय में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए विद्यालयों में बेहतर शिक्षण वातावरण, नियमित उपस्थिति और आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य है।

बैठक में विद्यालयों में छात्र-छात्राओं के नामांकन को बढ़ाने, ड्रॉपआउट बच्चों की पहचान कर उन्हें दोबारा विद्यालय से जोड़ने तथा निपुण भारत मिशन के लक्ष्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया। जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी विद्यालयों में पेयजल, शौचालय, बिजली, फर्नीचर एवं साफ-सफाई जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं की नियमित निगरानी की जाए, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर वातावरण मिल सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न छात्रहितकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रत्येक पात्र छात्र-छात्रा तक पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ पहुंचे। योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही मिलने पर संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी।

बैठक में विभागीय अधिकारियों से विद्यालयवार प्रगति रिपोर्ट भी प्राप्त की गई तथा अपेक्षाकृत कमजोर प्रदर्शन वाले विद्यालयों में विशेष कार्ययोजना बनाकर सुधार लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना ने कहा, "शिक्षा केवल पढ़ाई तक सीमित विषय नहीं है, बल्कि बच्चों के भविष्य निर्माण की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण नींव है। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि जनपद का प्रत्येक विद्यालय गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा का केंद्र बने। निपुण लक्ष्य को हर हाल में समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा किया जाए। कोई भी बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे और प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्रा तक सरकार की सभी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचे। विद्यालयों में पेयजल, शौचालय, बिजली, फर्नीचर और स्वच्छ वातावरण जैसी सभी मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध रहनी चाहिए। अधिकारी नियमित रूप से विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण करें और जहां भी कमी मिले, उसका तत्काल समाधान सुनिश्चित करें। शिक्षा व्यवस्था में लापरवाही किसी भी स्तर पर स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।"

DM Chairs Comprehensive Review of Education Department, Stresses Learning Outcomes and Basic School Infrastructure

Hapur, July 7: District Magistrate Kavita Meena chaired a comprehensive review meeting of the Basic and Secondary Education Departments at the Collectorate auditorium on Tuesday, emphasizing the need to improve learning outcomes, achieve NIPUN Bharat targets, strengthen school infrastructure, and ensure that every eligible student receives the benefits of government welfare schemes.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate reviewed the progress of educational quality, student enrolment, attendance, implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission, and the availability of essential facilities in government schools across the district. Officials were instructed to ensure that no child is deprived of quality education and that all schools provide a safe, clean, and student-friendly learning environment.

The review also focused on increasing student enrolment, bringing school dropouts back into the education system, and ensuring the timely achievement of foundational literacy and numeracy goals under the NIPUN Bharat Mission. The District Magistrate directed officials to regularly monitor the availability of drinking water, functional toilets, electricity, furniture, cleanliness, and other basic amenities in schools.

She further stressed that all Central and State Government education and welfare schemes should be implemented transparently and that every eligible student must receive their entitled benefits without delay. Officials were also asked to conduct regular school inspections and take immediate corrective measures wherever deficiencies are identified.

Reviewing the performance of individual schools, the District Magistrate instructed the Education Department to prepare focused improvement plans for underperforming institutions and strengthen academic monitoring to enhance overall educational standards in the district.

Speaking during the meeting, District Magistrate Kavita Meena said, "Education is the foundation of a child's future, and ensuring quality learning in every school is our highest priority. Every school must achieve the objectives of the NIPUN Bharat Mission within the stipulated timeframe. No child should be left behind, and every eligible student must receive the benefits of government schemes. Basic facilities such as safe drinking water, functional toilets, electricity, furniture, and a clean learning environment should be available in every school. Regular inspections and continuous monitoring are essential, and any negligence in implementing educational programmes or maintaining school standards will not be tolerated."
