सिंभावली थाना क्षेत्र में उधार दिए गए पैसे वापस मांगने को लेकर विवाद का मामला सामने आया है। मेरठ जिले की रहने वाली एक महिला ने अपनी बहन और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों पर मारपीट, बंधक बनाने और अभद्र व्यवहार करने का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

शिकायतकर्ता ज्योति, जो मेरठ के मुंडाली थाना क्षेत्र के सिसोली गांव की निवासी हैं, ने पुलिस को बताया कि उनकी बहन पूनम, निवासी गांव शरीफपुर, ने उनसे कुछ समय पहले 20 हजार रुपये उधार लिए थे। 26 जून को वह अपनी रकम वापस लेने के लिए बहन के घर पहुंचीं।

महिला का आरोप है कि पैसे वापस मांगने पर पूनम, उसकी बेटियां पायल और पारुल तथा पति प्रदीप ने उन्हें घर के अंदर रोक लिया। इसके बाद उनके साथ मारपीट की गई, जिसमें लाठी-डंडों और मुक्कों का इस्तेमाल किया गया। घटना में उन्हें चोटें आईं, उनका मोबाइल फोन भी क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया और कान की सोने की बाली भी खो गई।

क्षेत्राधिकारी राहुल यादव ने बताया कि पीड़िता की तहरीर के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। पुलिस पूरे प्रकरण की जांच कर रही है और आरोपितों की तलाश जारी है। मामले में आगे की कार्रवाई जांच के निष्कर्ष के आधार पर की जाएगी।

Woman Alleges Assault Over ₹20,000 Loan Dispute; Police Launch Investigation

A dispute over the repayment of a ₹20,000 loan has led to a police case in the Simbhaoli area of Hapur district. A woman from Meerut has accused her sister and other family members of assaulting her and unlawfully confining her after she asked for the money to be returned.

According to the complaint, Jyoti, a resident of Sisoli village under Mundali police station in Meerut, had lent ₹20,000 to her sister Poonam, who lives in Sharifpur village. On June 26, she visited her sister's residence to recover the amount.

The complainant alleged that after demanding the repayment, Poonam, along with her daughters Payal and Parul and her husband Pradeep, confined her inside the house and physically assaulted her using sticks and fists. She also claimed that her mobile phone was damaged during the incident and that one of her gold earrings went missing.

Circle Officer Rahul Yadav said that a case has been registered based on the complaint. Police have begun an investigation and are searching for the accused. Further legal action will depend on the findings of the investigation.
