हापुड़। थाना हापुड़ देहात क्षेत्र स्थित एक डेवलपर की परियोजना पर हथियारबंद लोगों द्वारा हमला कर गार्डों के साथ मारपीट, नकदी व लाइसेंसी राइफल लूटने तथा चार गार्डों को अगवा करने का आरोप लगाते हुए जिलाधिकारी से शिकायत की गई है। शिकायत में पुलिस पर समय रहते मुकदमा दर्ज न करने और आरोपितों के खिलाफ प्रभावी कार्रवाई न करने का भी आरोप लगाया गया है।

ग्राम शेरपुर दिल्ली निवासी एवं वर्तमान में एसबीएम अरोमा वर्ल्ड परियोजना से जुड़े डेवलपर जगपाल सिंह ने जिलाधिकारी को दिए शिकायती पत्र में बताया कि 27 जून की सुबह करीब पांच बजे 40 से 50 लोग कथित रूप से पिस्टल, तमंचों और लाठी-डंडों से लैस होकर मुख्य गेट तोड़ते हुए परिसर में घुस आए। आरोप है कि उस समय ड्यूटी पर मौजूद गार्ड सो रहे थे, जिन पर अचानक हमला कर दिया गया। सभी के मोबाइल छीनकर उनकी सिम तोड़ दी गई तथा जमकर मारपीट की गई।

शिकायत के अनुसार एक गार्ड के साथ अमानवीय व्यवहार करते हुए उसके मुंह में पेशाब करने का भी आरोप लगाया गया है। वहीं एक बीमार गार्ड की परिसर में रखी लाइसेंसी राइफल, अलमारी में रखी करीब 50 हजार रुपये की नकदी और जरूरी दस्तावेज भी कथित रूप से लूट लिए गए। आरोप है कि हमलावर परिसर में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे और डीवीआर भी तोड़कर उनका डाटा अपने साथ ले गए।

डेवलपर का आरोप है कि हमलावर पांच गार्डों को अलग-अलग वाहनों में डालकर अपने साथ ले गए। बाद में गंभीर रूप से घायल एक गार्ड को बाईपास पर चलती कार से फेंक दिया गया, जिसने राहगीर के मोबाइल से घटना की सूचना दी। सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शिकायतकर्ता के अनुसार कुछ लोगों को हिरासत में भी लिया गया।

शिकायतकर्ता का कहना है कि घायल गार्ड को उपचार के लिए मेरठ मेडिकल कॉलेज रेफर किया गया, जबकि चार अन्य गार्डों का काफी देर तक पता नहीं चल सका। आरोप है कि गंभीर आरोपों के बावजूद पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज करने के बजाय पकड़े गए लोगों का केवल शांतिभंग में चालान कर दिया, जिससे वे जमानत पर छूट गए।

जिलाधिकारी को दिए प्रार्थना पत्र में यह भी आरोप लगाया गया है कि घटना के बाद पुलिस ने परिसर को सील कर दिया था, लेकिन बाद में बिना सूचना दिए वहां खड़े ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली, फॉर्च्यूनर कार और कथित रूप से हमलावरों की छोड़ी गई कार को बाहर निकलवा दिया। शिकायतकर्ता ने इस पूरी कार्रवाई पर सवाल उठाते हुए निष्पक्ष जांच कर मुकदमा दर्ज कराने और दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।नोट: यह समाचार शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा जिलाधिकारी को दिए गए शिकायती पत्र में लगाए गए आरोपों पर आधारित है। पुलिस का पक्ष प्राप्त होने पर उसे भी प्रमुखता से प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।

Developer Alleges Violent Attempt to Seize Project, Assault, Robbery and Kidnapping; Complaint Submitted to DM

Hapur: A developer has submitted a complaint to the District Magistrate alleging that a group of armed men attempted to forcibly कब्जा (take possession of) his project in the Hapur Dehat Police Station area. The complaint accuses the assailants of assaulting security guards, robbing cash and a licensed rifle, abducting four guards, and damaging surveillance equipment. It also alleges that the police failed to promptly register an FIR or take effective action against the accused.

In his complaint, Jagpal Singh, a resident of Sherpur Delhi village and a developer associated with the SBM Aroma World project, stated that at around 5:00 a.m. on June 27, approximately 40 to 50 people, allegedly armed with pistols, country-made firearms, and sticks, broke through the project's main gate and entered the premises. He claimed that the security guards, who were asleep at the time, were attacked without warning. According to the complaint, the attackers seized the guards' mobile phones, broke their SIM cards, and brutally assaulted them.

The complaint further alleges that one of the guards was subjected to inhuman treatment, including being forced to endure an act of humiliation. It also claims that the attackers looted a licensed rifle belonging to an ill security guard, around ₹50,000 in cash kept in a locker, and important documents. The complainant further alleged that the attackers damaged the CCTV cameras and DVR system before taking away the recorded footage.

According to the complaint, the attackers forcibly took five security guards away in separate vehicles. Later, one seriously injured guard was allegedly thrown from a moving car near the bypass, from where he used a passerby's mobile phone to inform the police. Police reached the spot, and according to the complainant, some individuals were taken into custody.

The developer stated that the injured guard was referred to Meerut Medical College for treatment, while the whereabouts of the remaining four guards remained unknown for several hours. He further alleged that despite the seriousness of the accusations, the police did not register an FIR and instead booked the detained individuals only for breach of peace, allowing them to secure bail.

The complaint also alleges that although the police initially sealed the project site after the incident, they later allowed a tractor-trolley, a Toyota Fortuner, and another vehicle allegedly left behind by the attackers to be removed from the premises without informing the complainant. Jagpal Singh has requested the District Magistrate to order a fair investigation, ensure the registration of a criminal case, and initiate strict legal action against those found responsible.
