हापुड़। जिले के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और सरकारी योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की हकीकत जानने के लिए सोमवार को जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना ने गढ़मुक्तेश्वर क्षेत्र के कई प्राथमिक विद्यालयों का औचक निरीक्षण किया। बिना पूर्व सूचना पहुंचे जिलाधिकारी को देखकर विद्यालयों में हड़कंप मच गया। उन्होंने कक्षाओं में पहुंचकर बच्चों से सीधे सवाल किए, उनकी पढ़ाई का स्तर परखा और शिक्षकों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने छात्र-छात्राओं एवं शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति पंजिका का बारीकी से निरीक्षण किया। कक्षाओं में चल रहे अध्यापन कार्य को देखा और बच्चों की कॉपी-किताबों की जांच करते हुए उनकी लेखन क्षमता एवं बेसिक साक्षरता का आकलन किया। उन्होंने बच्चों से हिंदी, गणित एवं सामान्य ज्ञान से जुड़े प्रश्न पूछे और उनकी समझ का स्तर भी जाना।

जिलाधिकारी ने विद्यालय के रसोईघर का निरीक्षण कर मध्याह्न भोजन की गुणवत्ता की जांच की। उन्होंने मेन्यू के अनुसार भोजन तैयार होने की जानकारी ली तथा बच्चों से भोजन का स्वाद और गुणवत्ता के बारे में भी बातचीत की। भोजन वितरण व्यवस्था का भी निरीक्षण करते हुए साफ-सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए।

इसके अलावा विद्यालय परिसर में पेयजल व्यवस्था, शौचालयों की स्थिति, कक्षा-कक्षों की साफ-सफाई, फर्नीचर की उपलब्धता तथा अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं का भी जायजा लिया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कमियों को जल्द दूर कराने के निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान निपुण भारत मिशन, स्कूल चलो अभियान, यूनिफॉर्म एवं जूता वितरण योजना तथा कायाकल्प योजना के तहत कराए गए कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई। जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों और शिक्षकों से योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी लेते हुए कहा कि शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप प्रत्येक बच्चे को बेहतर शिक्षा और सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से नियमित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण कार्य करने तथा विद्यार्थियों के सीखने के स्तर में लगातार सुधार लाने पर विशेष जोर दिया।

DM Conducts Surprise Inspection of Government Schools, Interacts with Students and Reviews Education & Mid-Day Meal Quality

Hapur: To assess the quality of education and the effective implementation of government welfare schemes in primary schools, District Magistrate Kavita Meena carried out surprise inspections at several government primary schools in the Garhmukteshwar area on Monday. The unannounced visit created a stir among school staff as the District Magistrate personally interacted with students, assessed their learning levels, and directed teachers to ensure quality education.

During the inspection, the District Magistrate thoroughly examined the attendance registers of both students and teachers. She visited classrooms to observe teaching activities and reviewed students' notebooks to evaluate their writing skills and foundational literacy. She also asked students questions related to Hindi, Mathematics, and General Knowledge to assess their understanding and academic progress.

The District Magistrate inspected the school's kitchen and reviewed the quality of the Mid-Day Meal being served. She verified whether the food was being prepared according to the prescribed menu and interacted with students to gather feedback on the taste and quality of the meals. She also inspected the meal distribution process and instructed staff to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.

In addition, she reviewed basic infrastructure, including drinking water facilities, toilets, classroom cleanliness, availability of furniture, and other essential amenities. Officials were directed to address any shortcomings at the earliest.

The inspection also included a review of the implementation of key government initiatives such as the NIPUN Bharat Mission, School Chalo Abhiyan, Uniform and Shoe Distribution Scheme, and the Kayakalp Scheme. Seeking updates from education officials and teachers, the District Magistrate emphasized that providing every child with quality education and essential facilities, in line with the government's vision, must remain the top priority.

She urged teachers to maintain regular, high-quality teaching practices and focus on continuously improving students' learning outcomes.
