हापुड़। आगामी कांवड़ यात्रा को शांतिपूर्ण, सुरक्षित और व्यवस्थित ढंग से संपन्न कराने के लिए हापुड़ जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस ने व्यापक सुरक्षा एवं यातायात प्रबंधन की तैयारी पूरी कर ली है। कांवड़ मार्गों पर हर गतिविधि पर नजर रखने के लिए जिले में लगे 514 सीसीटीवी कैमरों का नेटवर्क सक्रिय रहेगा, जबकि प्रमुख स्थानों पर 158 हाईटेक आईपी कैमरे भी लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करेंगे। इसके अलावा पुलिस बल की तैनाती, रूट डायवर्जन और संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की विशेष निगरानी की व्यवस्था भी की गई है।

पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान भारी वाहनों को गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे के रास्ते डायवर्ट किया जाएगा, जिससे कांवड़ मार्ग पर यातायात का दबाव कम रहे और शिवभक्तों को निर्बाध आवागमन की सुविधा मिल सके। पूरे मार्ग पर पुलिस और यातायात कर्मियों की अतिरिक्त ड्यूटी लगाई जाएगी।

सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और मजबूत बनाने के लिए जिले के होटल, ढाबे, चिकन कॉर्नर, धर्मशालाओं, शिविर स्थलों और अन्य संवेदनशील स्थानों का सत्यापन कराया गया है। इन स्थानों पर लगातार निगरानी रखने के साथ संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। प्रमुख चौराहों, बाजारों और भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों में पुलिस की गश्त भी बढ़ा दी जाएगी।

पुलिस ने बताया कि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर कांवड़ मार्गों पर अस्थायी पुलिस चौकियां और पिकेट स्थापित किए जाएंगे ताकि किसी भी आपात स्थिति में तुरंत सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जा सके। कंट्रोल रूम से कैमरों की लाइव मॉनिटरिंग होगी और हर गतिविधि पर पैनी नजर रखी जाएगी।

जिला प्रशासन ने आम लोगों से भी सहयोग की अपील की है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि अफवाह फैलाने वालों और कानून व्यवस्था बिगाड़ने की कोशिश करने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सोशल मीडिया पर भी विशेष निगरानी रखी जाएगी।

डीएम कविता मीना ने बताया कि"कांवड़ यात्रा को लेकर सभी विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार की गई है। श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा और सुविधा हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। पेयजल, प्रकाश व्यवस्था, साफ-सफाई, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं और यातायात प्रबंधन को लेकर संबंधित विभागों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए हैं। संवेदनशील स्थानों पर विशेष सतर्कता बरती जाएगी। किसी भी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए प्रशासन पूरी तरह तैयार है और आमजन से भी सहयोग की अपेक्षा है, ताकि यात्रा शांतिपूर्ण एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में संपन्न हो सके।"

एसपी कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने कहा "कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर व्यापक इंतजाम किए गए हैं। जिले के प्रमुख मार्गों और संवेदनशील स्थानों पर लगे 514 सीसीटीवी कैमरों तथा 158 आईपी कैमरों के जरिए चौबीसों घंटे निगरानी रखी जाएगी। भारी वाहनों का रूट डायवर्जन किया जाएगा और अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात रहेगा। होटल, ढाबों, शिविरों और अन्य सार्वजनिक स्थलों का सत्यापन कराया जा चुका है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अस्थायी चौकियां और पिकेट भी स्थापित किए जाएंगे। हमारा उद्देश्य है कि प्रत्येक श्रद्धालु सुरक्षित वातावरण में अपनी यात्रा पूरी कर सके।

514 CCTV Cameras to Monitor Kanwar Routes Across Hapur: SP

Hapur: The Hapur Police and district administration have finalized extensive security and traffic arrangements to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of the upcoming Kanwar Yatra. A total of 514 CCTV cameras, including 158 IP-based surveillance cameras, will monitor the Kanwar routes and other sensitive locations round the clock.

According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Kunwar Gyananjay Singh, a comprehensive traffic management plan has been prepared to facilitate the movement of devotees. Heavy vehicles will be diverted through the Ganga Expressway to reduce congestion on the Kanwar routes and ensure uninterrupted movement for pilgrims.

The police have also identified hotels, roadside eateries, chicken outlets, temporary camps, and other sensitive locations for enhanced surveillance. Regular verification drives have been conducted, and security personnel will closely monitor these establishments throughout the pilgrimage.

Live monitoring of CCTV cameras will be carried out from the control room, while additional police deployment, continuous patrolling, and surveillance will be maintained across key intersections and crowded areas. Temporary police outposts and pickets will also be established wherever required to respond quickly to any emergency.

The district administration has appealed to the public to cooperate with the authorities, follow traffic advisories, and immediately report any suspicious activity. Officials stated that all necessary measures have been put in place to ensure a safe, secure, and well-organized Kanwar Yatra.

District Magistrate Kavita Meena said:

"The district administration has prepared a detailed action plan in coordination with all concerned departments. Ensuring the safety and convenience of Kanwar pilgrims is our top priority. Arrangements related to drinking water, sanitation, healthcare, electricity, and traffic management are being closely monitored. Every department has been instructed to remain on high alert so that the pilgrimage is conducted peacefully and without inconvenience."

Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh said:
