हापुड़। गौ सम्मान आह्वान अभियान के तहत जनपद हापुड़ से एकत्रित लाखों नागरिकों के हस्ताक्षर देश के सर्वोच्च संवैधानिक पदाधिकारियों को भेजे गए हैं। अभियान के कार्यकर्ताओं ने भारत के राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री, संबंधित राज्यों के राज्यपालों और मुख्यमंत्रियों को ज्ञापन एवं हस्ताक्षर सौंपते हुए गौमाता को संवैधानिक रूप से ‘राष्ट्रमाता’ अथवा ‘राष्ट्र-आराध्य’ का सम्मान दिए जाने तथा पूरे देश में समान एवं प्रभावी गौ संरक्षण कानून लागू करने की मांग उठाई है।

अभियान से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों का कहना है कि गौ संरक्षण केवल धार्मिक आस्था का विषय नहीं है, बल्कि यह भारतीय संस्कृति, ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था, कृषि, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और जैव विविधता से भी गहराई से जुड़ा हुआ है। उनका मानना है कि गौ आधारित कृषि और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का संरक्षण देश के सतत विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे सकता है।

कार्यकर्ताओं ने बताया कि अभियान के दौरान समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के लोगों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया और अपनी सहमति दर्ज कराते हुए हस्ताक्षर किए। उनका कहना है कि देशभर में गौ संरक्षण को लेकर बढ़ रही जनभावनाओं को देखते हुए सरकार को इस विषय पर गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए।

अभियान के प्रतिनिधियों ने विश्वास जताया कि यदि सरकार जनभावना का सम्मान करते हुए सकारात्मक निर्णय लेती है तो यह भारतीय संस्कृति और सामाजिक मूल्यों के संरक्षण की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि इस संबंध में अपेक्षित निर्णय नहीं लिया जाता है तो सनातन परंपरा के अनुरूप गौभक्त लोकतांत्रिक और शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से जनजागरण, प्रार्थना और तपस्या के माध्यम से अपना अभियान आगे भी जारी रखेंगे। उनका कहना है कि जनसमर्थन और सामाजिक जागरूकता के बल पर भविष्य में गौ संरक्षण संबंधी प्रभावी कानून बनने का मार्ग अवश्य प्रशस्त होगा।

Millions of Signatures from Hapur Sent to Top Constitutional Authorities Under Cow Respect Campaign

Hapur (Uttar Pradesh): As part of the Gau Samman Aahwan Abhiyan (Cow Respect Campaign), millions of signatures collected from citizens across Hapur district have been forwarded to the President of India, the Prime Minister, Governors of concerned states, and Chief Ministers.

The campaign primarily demands that the cow be granted constitutional recognition as "Rashtra Mata" (Mother of the Nation) or "Rashtra Aradhya" (Nationally Revered) and that a uniform and effective cow protection law be implemented across the country.

Campaign representatives stated that the issue is not confined to religious faith alone but is also closely linked to national interest, agriculture, environmental conservation, the rural economy, biodiversity, and sustainable development. They believe that strengthening cow protection can contribute significantly to preserving India's cultural heritage and promoting eco-friendly agricultural practices.

According to the campaign organisers, people from different sections of society participated enthusiastically in the signature drive, reflecting widespread public support for the initiative. They urged the government to take the sentiments expressed through the campaign into serious consideration.

The representatives expressed hope that a positive response from the government would mark a significant step towards protecting India's cultural values and promoting cow welfare.

They also stated that if no decision is taken, supporters of the campaign will continue their movement through peaceful and democratic means, including public awareness drives, prayers, and spiritual observances, while remaining committed to their objective of securing stronger legal protection for cows in India.
