धौलाना (हापुड़)। शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जनसमस्याओं का मौके पर ही निस्तारण सुनिश्चित कराने के उद्देश्य से मुख्य विकास अधिकारी (सीडीओ) श्रुति शर्मा ने शुक्रवार को धौलाना कस्बे के ग्राम सौलाना में जनता चौपाल लगाकर ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं। चौपाल में बड़ी संख्या में पहुंचे ग्रामीणों ने सड़क, जल निकासी, पेयजल, बिजली, सफाई, राशन, आवास, पेंशन और अन्य विकास कार्यों से जुड़ी समस्याएं सीडीओ के समक्ष रखीं। इस दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे।

सीडीओ श्रुति शर्मा ने ग्रामीणों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को समस्याओं के शीघ्र और गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शासन की प्राथमिकता है कि ग्रामीणों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर मिले और किसी भी पात्र व्यक्ति को योजना से वंचित न रहना पड़े। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जनसमस्याओं के समाधान में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

चौपाल के दौरान ग्रामीणों ने गांव में विकास कार्यों को गति देने, जलभराव की समस्या से निजात दिलाने, साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था बेहतर बनाने तथा मूलभूत सुविधाओं को मजबूत किए जाने की मांग भी उठाई। सीडीओ ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को मौके पर ही आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए और कई मामलों में तत्काल समाधान कराने को कहा।

उन्होंने मौजूद अधिकारियों से विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी भी ली तथा कहा कि सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति तक पारदर्शी तरीके से पहुंचना चाहिए। सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें ताकि ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित हो सके।

जनता चौपाल के दौरान धौलाना क्षेत्र के विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, ग्राम प्रधान सहित बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे। ग्रामीणों ने गांव में पहुंचकर उनकी समस्याएं सुनने पर सीडीओ का आभार व्यक्त किया और उम्मीद जताई कि लंबे समय से लंबित समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान होगा।

CDO Shruti Sharma Visits Village, Hears Public Grievances at Jan Chaupal, Directs Officials for Immediate Resolution

Dhaulana (Hapur): In line with the Uttar Pradesh government's initiative to ensure on-the-spot resolution of public grievances in rural areas, Chief Development Officer (CDO) Shruti Sharma held a Jan Chaupal in Gram Saulana of Dhaulana on Friday and listened to the concerns of villagers.

A large number of residents attended the public meeting and raised issues related to roads, drainage, drinking water, electricity, sanitation, ration distribution, housing schemes, pensions, and other developmental works. Officials from various government departments were also present during the Chaupal.

Taking the complaints seriously, CDO Shruti Sharma instructed the concerned officials to ensure prompt and quality resolution of all grievances. She emphasized that the government's priority is to ensure that every eligible beneficiary receives the benefits of welfare schemes on time and that no deserving person is deprived of government assistance. She also warned that negligence in addressing public grievances would not be tolerated.

During the interaction, villagers demanded faster implementation of development projects, a permanent solution to waterlogging, improved sanitation, and strengthening of basic civic amenities. The CDO directed the concerned departments to take immediate action, and in several cases, ordered on-the-spot resolution.

She also reviewed the progress of ongoing development schemes with departmental officials and stressed that all welfare programs should reach every eligible citizen in a transparent and efficient manner. She urged all departments to work in close coordination to ensure timely resolution of public issues.

The Jan Chaupal was attended by officials from various departments, local administrative staff, the village head (Gram Pradhan), and a large number of villagers. Residents expressed gratitude to the CDO for visiting the village personally, listening to their concerns, and expressed hope that long-pending issues would now be resolved at the earliest.
