बरसात के मौसम में सांप काटने की बढ़ती घटनाओं को देखते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने जिले के सभी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों (सीएचसी) और जिला अस्पताल में एंटी स्नेक वेनम (एएसवी) इंजेक्शन की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की है। इसका उद्देश्य आपात स्थिति में मरीजों को समय पर उपचार उपलब्ध कराना है।

सीएचसी के चिकित्सक डॉ. अशरफ अली ने लोगों से अपील की कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को सांप काट ले तो घबराने के बजाय उसे तुरंत नजदीकी सरकारी अस्पताल पहुंचाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि झाड़-फूंक या अन्य अंधविश्वासों के भरोसे रहने से उपचार में देरी होती है, जिससे मरीज की जान को खतरा बढ़ सकता है।

मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. किशोर आहूजा ने बताया कि मानसून के दौरान सर्पदंश के मामलों में सामान्यतः वृद्धि होती है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिला अस्पताल सहित सभी सीएचसी में एंटी स्नेक वेनम इंजेक्शन का पर्याप्त स्टॉक उपलब्ध कराया गया है, ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर तुरंत इलाज शुरू किया जा सके।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने लोगों से अपील की है कि सर्पदंश की स्थिति में किसी भी तरह के घरेलू या पारंपरिक उपचार पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय तत्काल चिकित्सकीय सहायता लें।

Hapur: Anti-Snake Venom Injections Stocked at District Hospital and All CHCs

To improve emergency treatment during the monsoon season, the Health Department has ensured the availability of Anti-Snake Venom (ASV) injections at the district hospital and all Community Health Centres (CHCs) across Hapur district.

Physician Dr. Ashraf Ali advised the public to remain calm if a snakebite occurs and immediately take the patient to the nearest government healthcare facility. He warned against relying on faith healing or traditional practices, as delays in proper medical treatment can significantly increase the risk to the patient's life.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kishore Ahuja said that snakebite cases usually rise during the rainy season. Keeping this in mind, sufficient stocks of ASV injections have been supplied to the district hospital and all CHCs so that patients can receive timely treatment whenever required.

Health officials have also urged residents to avoid superstitions and seek immediate medical attention after a snakebite, as prompt treatment greatly improves the chances of recovery.
