युवक पर हमला, पुराने विवाद में लाठी-डंडों और रॉड से पीटने का आरोप

हापुड़। थाना देहात क्षेत्र के धनौरा रोड पर पुराने विवाद को लेकर एक युवक पर हमला किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि कुछ लोगों ने युवक को घेरकर लाठी-डंडों और लोहे की रॉड से हमला कर दिया। घटना में युवक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। उपचार के बाद चिकित्सकों ने उसकी हालत को देखते हुए हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया।

मोहम्मदपुर आजमपुर निवासी गौरव त्यागी धनौरा रोड से होकर गुजर रहा था। इसी दौरान पुराने विवाद और मुकदमेबाजी को लेकर कुछ लोगों ने उसे रोक लिया। आरोप है कि कहासुनी के बाद आरोपितों ने गौरव के साथ मारपीट शुरू कर दी। लाठी-डंडों और लोहे की रॉड से किए गए हमले में वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया।

दिनदहाड़े हुई घटना से धनौरा रोड पर अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया। युवक की आवाज सुनकर आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे। लोगों को आता देखकर आरोपित कथित रूप से जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए मौके से फरार हो गए।

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही थाना देहात पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और घायल युवक को उपचार के लिए अस्पताल भिजवाया। चिकित्सकों ने प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उसकी गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए उसे हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया।

पुलिस ने घटना की जानकारी जुटाते हुए मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस आरोपितों की पहचान और घटना के पीछे के विवाद की जानकारी जुटा रही है। तहरीर मिलने और जांच में सामने आए तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। घटना के बाद घायल युवक के स्वजन ने आरोपितों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

Hapur: A youth was allegedly attacked with sticks and an iron rod following an old dispute and ongoing litigation in the Dhaulana Road area under the Dehat police station limits of Hapur. The victim sustained serious injuries and was referred to a higher medical centre after receiving initial treatment.

According to the information, Gaurav Tyagi, a resident of Mohammadpur Azampur, was passing through Dhanaura Road when some people allegedly stopped and surrounded him over an old dispute. Following an argument, the accused allegedly assaulted him with sticks and an iron rod.

Gaurav sustained serious injuries in the incident. The incident reportedly caused panic in the area, with local people gathering after hearing the victim's cries. The accused allegedly fled the spot after threatening the people who approached the scene.

On receiving information about the incident, Dehat police reached the spot and arranged for the injured youth to be taken to a nearby hospital. Doctors provided initial treatment and later referred him to a higher medical centre considering the seriousness of his condition.

Police have started an investigation into the incident and are collecting information regarding the alleged attackers and the dispute behind the incident. Further legal action will be taken on the basis of the complaint and facts established during the investigation. The victim's family has demanded strict action against those allegedly involved in the attack.
