सेवा में पुलिस, सुरक्षा में खाकी... कांवड़ियों ने की हापुड़ पुलिस की जमकर तारीफ, मनीष चौहान दिखे मोर्चे पर

हापुड़ में कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान पुलिस 24 घंटे अलर्ट है। कोतवाल मनीष चौहान पुलिस बल के साथ कांवड़ मार्गों और तहसील चौराहे पर व्यवस्था संभाल रहे हैं। कांवड़ियों ने पुलिस की सेवा और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जमकर तारीफ की।

हापुड़। कांवड़ियों की सुरक्षा और सेवा के लिए हापुड़ पुलिस सड़कों पर 24 घंटे मुस्तैद है। कांवड़ मार्गों पर पुलिस की सक्रियता का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि शहर के प्रमुख चौराहों पर अधिकारी और पुलिसकर्मी स्वयं मोर्चा संभाले हुए हैं। हापुड़ कोतवाली प्रभारी मनीष चौहान लगातार पुलिस बल के साथ नगर में भ्रमण कर कांवड़ मार्गों की व्यवस्था देख रहे हैं। तहसील चौराहे पर भी वह पुलिसकर्मियों के साथ कांवड़ियों की सुरक्षा और यातायात व्यवस्था संभालते दिखाई दिए।

तहसील चौराहा सामान्य दिनों में भी वाहनों की आवाजाही के कारण व्यस्त रहता है। कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान यहां स्थिति और चुनौतीपूर्ण हो जाती है। ऐसे में कोतवाल मनीष चौहान ने पुलिस बल के साथ मोर्चा संभालते हुए कांवड़ियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुरक्षित निकाला। कांवड़ियों के गुजरने के दौरान वाहनों को रोक दिया गया और पुलिसकर्मियों ने रास्ता साफ कराकर उन्हें आगे बढ़ाया।

पुलिस की इस मुस्तैदी से कांवड़िए भी प्रभावित नजर आए। कांवड़ियों ने हापुड़ पुलिस की कार्यशैली की जमकर तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि उन्हें रास्ते में पुलिसकर्मियों का पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। कांवड़ियों के अनुसार, बीमार होने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को दवाई उपलब्ध कराने के साथ भोजन और अन्य जरूरतों में भी पुलिस मदद कर रही है। कांवड़ियों ने पुलिसकर्मियों के व्यवहार और सेवा भावना की सराहना की।

कांवड़ियों का कहना था कि पुलिस को लेकर अक्सर अलग-अलग तरह की बातें सामने आती हैं, लेकिन इस यात्रा के दौरान हापुड़ पुलिस जिस तरह से श्रद्धालुओं के बीच मौजूद रहकर उनकी मदद कर रही है, वह काबिल-ए-तारीफ है। उनका कहना था कि पुलिसकर्मी गर्मी, भीड़ और यातायात के दबाव के बीच लगातार ड्यूटी कर रहे हैं और जरूरत पड़ने पर तत्काल मदद के लिए आगे आ रहे हैं।

वहीं कांवड़ियों की सुरक्षा के लिए प्रशासन ने सड़क के एक हिस्से को कांवड़ मार्ग के रूप में निर्धारित किया है। मार्ग पर बैरिकेडिंग कर पुलिस और वालंटियर्स की तैनाती की गई है। पुलिसकर्मी और वालंटियर्स आम लोगों से लगातार अपील कर रहे हैं कि कांवड़ मार्ग से आवागमन न करें, ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को सुरक्षित रास्ता मिल सके।

व्यवस्था के दौरान कुछ लोग पुलिस और वालंटियर्स से बहस करते भी नजर आए। इससे पुलिसकर्मियों पर अतिरिक्त दबाव बन रहा है। हालांकि पुलिसकर्मी संयम बरतते हुए लोगों को समझा रहे हैं और उनसे सहयोग की अपील कर रहे हैं। पुलिस का कहना है कि कांवड़ मार्ग पर कुछ समय के लिए यातायात नियंत्रित करने का उद्देश्य किसी को परेशान करना नहीं, बल्कि श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना है।

कोतवाल मनीष चौहान की सक्रियता इस पूरी व्यवस्था में प्रमुख रूप से दिखाई दे रही है। वह खुद फील्ड में रहकर पुलिसकर्मियों की तैनाती और यातायात व्यवस्था पर नजर रख रहे हैं। चौराहों पर कांवड़ियों के निकलने के दौरान यातायात रोकने से लेकर मार्ग को सुरक्षित रखने तक वह मौके पर पुलिसकर्मियों को दिशा-निर्देश देते नजर आए।

मनीष चौहान ने पुलिसकर्मियों से कहा कि कांवड़ियों के साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार किया जाए और किसी भी श्रद्धालु को परेशानी होने पर तत्काल सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाए। साथ ही आमजन के साथ भी संयम और विनम्रता से पेश आने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

पुलिस की सक्रियता के बीच कांवड़ियों की ओर से मिल रही तारीफ ने पुलिसकर्मियों का उत्साह भी बढ़ाया है। पुलिस का प्रयास है कि श्रद्धालु बिना किसी परेशानी के अपने गंतव्य तक पहुंचें और शहर में यातायात व्यवस्था भी नियंत्रित बनी रहे।

On Friday, Inspector Manish Chauhan, along with police personnel, was seen managing security and traffic arrangements at Tehsil Crossing, one of the busy intersections in the city. During the movement of Kanwariyas, traffic was temporarily stopped to provide them a safe passage.

Police personnel were seen standing on the route and ensuring that devotees could pass without facing unnecessary obstruction. Inspector Manish Chauhan also remained present at the spot and monitored the arrangements.

Kanwariyas appreciated the efforts of Hapur Police and praised the assistance being provided to devotees during the journey. According to the pilgrims, police personnel are extending support whenever required and are helping sick devotees with medicines and other necessary assistance.

The devotees said that while the police often faces questions over its functioning, the way Hapur Police is working around the clock during the Kanwar Yatra deserves appreciation. They said police personnel are not only maintaining security but are also helping devotees during difficult situations.

Special arrangements have been made by the administration for the safe movement of Kanwariyas. One side of the road has been designated for the Kanwar route and barricading has been installed at several points. Police personnel and volunteers are requesting the general public not to use the designated Kanwar route so that devotees can move safely.

At some places, however, members of the public were seen arguing with police personnel and volunteers over the restrictions. Despite such situations, police officials have been maintaining restraint and politely requesting people to cooperate with the arrangements.

Inspector Manish Chauhan has been actively supervising the arrangements on the ground. His presence at major points and direct monitoring of traffic management have been visible during the Kanwar movement.
