हापुड़। आंबेडकर तिराहे के पास सार्वजनिक शौचालय के बाहर कूड़ा बीनने वाले युवक की मौत के मामले में नया तथ्य सामने आया है। हादसे के बाद प्रथम दृष्टया युवक की मौत करंट लगने से होने की बात सामने आई थी, लेकिन पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में उसकी मौत का कारण हार्ट अटैक बताया गया है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद करंट लगने से मौत की आशंका पर विराम लग गया है। हालांकि घटनास्थल पर खुले और नंगे बिजली के तार मिलने से विद्युत सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर सवाल अब भी खड़े हैं।

शुक्रवार को आंबेडकर तिराहे के पास सार्वजनिक शौचालय के बाहर एक युवक का शव मिलने से सनसनी फैल गई थी। बताया गया था कि युवक रोजाना की तरह वहां कूड़ा बीनने पहुंचा था। इसी दौरान शौचालय की दीवार के पास लटके तार को हटाने के दौरान वह उसकी चपेट में आ गया और जमीन पर गिर पड़ा। घटना के बाद मौके पर लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई थी। बारिश के बीच सड़क किनारे पड़े युवक के शव और पास में पड़े कूड़ा एकत्र करने वाले बोरे का दृश्य बेहद मार्मिक था।

घटना की सूचना मिलने पर एसएसवी चौकी इंचार्ज सौरव कुमार और जदीद चौकी इंचार्ज पुलिस टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे थे। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण करने के बाद शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया था। प्रारंभिक जानकारी और मौके की परिस्थितियों के आधार पर युवक की मौत करंट लगने से होने की आशंका जताई गई थी।

लेकिन पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में मौत की वजह हार्ट अटैक सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार युवक की मौत हृदयाघात के कारण हुई। इसके बाद मामले में मौत के वास्तविक कारण को लेकर स्थिति स्पष्ट हो गई है। पुलिस अब पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही है।

उधर, घटना के बाद सामने आई विद्युत व्यवस्था की तस्वीर ने अलग चिंता जरूर पैदा कर दी है। सार्वजनिक शौचालय के आसपास बिजली के तार खुले और असुरक्षित स्थिति में दिखाई दिए। कुछ तार दीवार से बाहर निकले हुए थे, जबकि कुछ जमीन के आसपास पड़े नजर आए। बारिश के मौसम में खुले तारों से किसी भी समय हादसे का खतरा बना रहता है। ऐसे में संबंधित विभाग की जिम्मेदारी है कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर बिजली के तारों को सुरक्षित तरीके से व्यवस्थित कराया जाए।

मृतक की तत्काल पहचान नहीं हो सकी थी। पुलिस द्वारा उसकी पहचान कराने के प्रयास किए जा रहे थे। अब पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में मौत का कारण हार्ट अटैक सामने आने के बाद मामले की तस्वीर पहले की तुलना में साफ हो गई है। हालांकि खुले तारों की मौजूदगी को देखते हुए विद्युत सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर प्रशासन और संबंधित विभाग को भी गंभीरता से कदम उठाने की जरूरत है, ताकि भविष्य में किसी व्यक्ति के साथ कोई हादसा न हो।

Hapur: A new development has emerged in the case involving the death of a man who was found outside a public toilet near Ambedkar Tiraha in Hapur. While the initial information suggested that the man, who used to collect waste, had died after coming into contact with an exposed electric wire, the post-mortem report has now revealed that the actual cause of death was a heart attack.

The incident took place on Friday near the public toilet at Ambedkar Tiraha. The man had reportedly gone there, as he did regularly, to collect waste. According to the initial account, he came into contact with a wire hanging near the wall of the toilet and collapsed. Following the incident, a crowd gathered at the spot.

The incident became particularly distressing as heavy rain was falling at the time. The man's body was found lying by the roadside, with the sack he used for collecting waste lying nearby.

After receiving information about the incident, SSV Police Post In-charge Saurav Kumar and Jadid Police Post In-charge reached the spot with their teams. Police inspected the scene and sent the body for post-mortem examination.

Based on the circumstances at the scene and initial information, it was suspected that the man had died due to electric shock. However, the post-mortem report has now established that the cause of death was a heart attack. With the report, the earlier suspicion of death due to electrocution has been ruled out.

Despite this, questions regarding electrical safety at the location remain. Open and exposed electrical wires were reportedly visible around the public toilet. Some wires were seen protruding from the wall, while others were lying near the ground. During the rainy season, such exposed wiring can pose a serious risk to the public.

The deceased could not be immediately identified following the incident. Police had initiated efforts to establish his identity. With the post-mortem report now revealing heart attack as the cause of death, the circumstances surrounding the death have become clearer.

At the same time, the presence of exposed electrical wires at a public place has raised concerns about electrical safety. The concerned authorities need to ensure that such wires are properly secured to prevent any possible accident in the future.
