कांवड़ मार्गों पर डीएम-एसपी की अचानक दस्तक, व्यवस्थाओं की हकीकत परखी; बोले- श्रद्धालुओं को नहीं होनी चाहिए परेशानी

हापुड़ में कांवड़ यात्रा को लेकर डीएम कविता मीना, एसपी कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह और एडीएम संदीप कुमार ने कांवड़ मार्गों का औचक निरीक्षण किया। चेंजिंग रूम, साफ-सफाई, सुरक्षा और श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधाओं का जायजा लेकर अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए।

हापुड़। कांवड़ यात्रा को सुरक्षित, सुगम और व्यवस्थित तरीके से संपन्न कराने के लिए जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस लगातार कांवड़ मार्गों की निगरानी कर रहे हैं। शुक्रवार को जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना, पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह और एडीएम संदीप कुमार ने कांवड़ मार्गों का औचक निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं की जमीनी हकीकत परखी। अधिकारियों के अचानक मौके पर पहुंचने से संबंधित विभागों में भी सक्रियता दिखाई दी।

निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने कांवड़ियों के लिए उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सुविधाओं का बारीकी से जायजा लिया। उन्होंने मार्ग पर श्रद्धालुओं की आवाजाही, साफ-सफाई और मूलभूत सुविधाओं की स्थिति देखी। कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान महिला श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए बनाए गए चेंजिंग रूम का भी निरीक्षण किया और वहां साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था लगातार बेहतर रखने के निर्देश दिए।

डीएम कविता मीना ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि कांवड़ मार्गों और श्रद्धालुओं के लिए बनाए गए सुविधा केंद्रों पर सफाई व्यवस्था में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए। चेंजिंग रूम की नियमित सफाई कराने के साथ वहां आवश्यक सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं को किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा नहीं होनी चाहिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि कांवड़ मार्ग पर व्यवस्थाएं केवल कागजों में दुरुस्त न रहें, बल्कि मौके पर भी उनकी स्थिति बेहतर दिखाई देनी चाहिए। अधिकारी लगातार भ्रमण कर व्यवस्थाओं की निगरानी करें और जहां कमी दिखाई दे, उसे तत्काल दूर कराया जाए।

डीएम कविता मीना ने कहा, "कांवड़ यात्रा हमारे जनपद के लिए महत्वपूर्ण आयोजन है और बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु यहां से होकर गुजर रहे हैं। जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता कांवड़ियों की सुरक्षा, सुविधा और स्वास्थ्य है। हमारा प्रयास है कि श्रद्धालुओं को यात्रा के दौरान कहीं भी किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। कांवड़ मार्गों पर साफ-सफाई, पेयजल, चेंजिंग रूम, चिकित्सा और अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की लगातार निगरानी की जा रही है। संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि किसी भी कमी की जानकारी मिलते ही उसका तत्काल समाधान कराया जाए। विशेष रूप से महिला श्रद्धालुओं के लिए उपलब्ध कराई गई सुविधाओं की साफ-सफाई और रखरखाव पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। अधिकारी स्वयं मौके पर जाकर व्यवस्थाओं को देखें और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि प्रशासन की ओर से किए गए इंतजाम श्रद्धालुओं को वास्तविक रूप से उपलब्ध हो रहे हैं।"

पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने भी कांवड़ मार्गों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने पुलिसकर्मियों की तैनाती और श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षित आवाजाही को लेकर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। एसपी ने कहा कि कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान पुलिस पूरी तरह अलर्ट है और प्रमुख मार्गों, चौराहों एवं संवेदनशील स्थानों पर लगातार निगरानी की जा रही है।

एसपी कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने कहा, "कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। पुलिस बल को कांवड़ मार्गों पर पूरी सतर्कता के साथ ड्यूटी करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। हमारा प्रयास है कि कांवड़ियों की आवाजाही के दौरान यातायात व्यवस्था भी सुचारु बनी रहे और किसी भी श्रद्धालु को सुरक्षा संबंधी परेशानी न हो। पुलिस अधिकारी लगातार फील्ड में रहकर व्यवस्थाओं की निगरानी कर रहे हैं। जहां भीड़ अधिक है या यातायात का दबाव बढ़ रहा है, वहां आवश्यकतानुसार पुलिस बल को सक्रिय किया जा रहा है। कांवड़ियों की सहायता के लिए पुलिसकर्मियों को संवेदनशील और सहयोगात्मक व्यवहार रखने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं। किसी भी आपात स्थिति में पुलिस तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचे और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करे, इसके लिए सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को अलर्ट रखा गया है।"

एसपी ने आमजन से भी कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान प्रशासन और पुलिस की ओर से बनाई गई यातायात व्यवस्था में सहयोग करने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षित आवाजाही के लिए निर्धारित कांवड़ मार्ग और यातायात डायवर्जन का पालन करना सभी की जिम्मेदारी है।

निरीक्षण के दौरान एडीएम संदीप कुमार ने भी संबंधित अधिकारियों से व्यवस्थाओं की जानकारी ली। अधिकारियों ने कांवड़ मार्गों पर उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सुविधाओं और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के संबंध में जानकारी दी। डीएम और एसपी ने स्पष्ट किया कि कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। अधिकारी लगातार कांवड़ मार्गों का निरीक्षण करते रहें और श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा से जुड़ी समस्याओं का तत्काल समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।

Hapur: With the Kanwar Yatra underway, the Hapur district administration and police have intensified monitoring of routes to ensure the safety, convenience and smooth movement of devotees. On Friday, District Magistrate Kavita Meena, Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh and Additional District Magistrate Sandeep Kumar conducted a surprise inspection of the Kanwar routes and reviewed arrangements on the ground.

During the inspection, the District Magistrate took detailed information about the facilities being provided to Kanwariyas. She reviewed cleanliness, movement of devotees and other basic arrangements along the routes. She also inspected the changing room facility established for women devotees and directed the concerned officials to ensure regular and continuous cleanliness.

DM Kavita Meena instructed officials that there should be no negligence in cleanliness and other facilities provided along the Kanwar routes. She directed that changing rooms must be cleaned regularly and all necessary facilities should remain available for devotees.

The District Magistrate said that arrangements should not remain confined to official records but must be properly visible on the ground. She instructed officials to continuously visit the Kanwar routes and immediately address any shortcomings noticed during inspections.

DM Kavita Meena said, “The Kanwar Yatra is an important event for our district, with a large number of devotees passing through Hapur. The safety, convenience and health of Kanwariyas are our top priorities. Our objective is to ensure that devotees do not face any inconvenience during their journey. Cleanliness, drinking water, changing rooms, medical facilities and other essential arrangements are being continuously monitored. Officials have been instructed to immediately address any shortcomings. Special attention is being given to the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities provided for women devotees. Officers must personally visit the sites and ensure that the arrangements made by the administration are actually benefiting the devotees on the ground.”

Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh also reviewed the security arrangements along the Kanwar routes. He inspected police deployment and issued necessary directions regarding the safe movement of devotees.

The SP said that Hapur Police remains on high alert during the Kanwar Yatra and that continuous monitoring is being carried out at major routes, intersections and sensitive locations.

SP Kunwar Gyananjay Singh said, “The safety of devotees during the Kanwar Yatra is our highest priority. Police personnel deployed along the Kanwar routes have been instructed to remain fully alert. Our objective is to ensure smooth traffic movement along with the safe passage of Kanwariyas. Police officers are continuously monitoring arrangements in the field. Additional police personnel are being deployed wherever crowd or traffic pressure increases. Personnel have also been instructed to maintain a sensitive and cooperative approach while assisting devotees. In case of any emergency, the police must reach the spot immediately and take necessary action. All concerned officers have been kept on alert to respond quickly to any situation.”

The SP also appealed to the general public to cooperate with the traffic arrangements and diversions implemented during the Kanwar Yatra. He said following the designated Kanwar routes and traffic regulations is essential for the safe movement of devotees.

ADM Sandeep Kumar also reviewed the arrangements and sought information from the concerned officials regarding facilities and security measures along the routes.

The District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police made it clear that negligence in arrangements during the Kanwar Yatra would not be tolerated. Officials have been directed to continue inspecting the routes and ensure immediate resolution of any issue affecting the convenience and safety of devotees.
