अस्पताल में जच्चा-बच्चा की मौत, परिजनों का हंगामा; डॉक्टरों पर लापरवाही का आरोप

हापुड़। थाना हापुड़ देहात क्षेत्र के स्वर्ग आश्रम रोड स्थित अखिल मेमोरियल अस्पताल में गुरुवार को प्रसव के दौरान नवजात की मौत और चार दिन बाद प्रसूता की मौत का मामला सामने आने से हड़कंप मच गया। महिला की मौत की जानकारी मिलते ही अस्पताल पहुंचे स्वजन ने चिकित्सकों और स्टाफ पर उपचार में लापरवाही का आरोप लगाते हुए हंगामा किया। महिला और नवजात की मौत से परिवार में कोहराम मचा हुआ है। स्वजन का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है और उन्होंने पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की है।

बताया गया कि महिला को प्रसव के लिए अखिल मेमोरियल अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। परिजनों के अनुसार, प्रसव के दौरान नवजात की मौत हो गई। इसके बाद प्रसूता का अस्पताल में उपचार चलता रहा। करीब चार दिन बाद महिला की भी हालत बिगड़ गई और उपचार के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई। महिला की मौत की सूचना मिलते ही स्वजन अस्पताल पहुंच गए और चिकित्सकों पर इलाज में लापरवाही का आरोप लगाते हुए नाराजगी जताई।

परिजनों का आरोप है कि महिला की हालत बिगड़ने के बावजूद समय रहते उसे बेहतर उपचार या आवश्यक चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं कराई गई। उनका कहना है कि यदि समय पर उचित उपचार मिलता तो महिला की जान बचाई जा सकती थी। हालांकि, प्रसूता की मौत का वास्तविक कारण क्या रहा और उपचार में किसी प्रकार की चिकित्सकीय लापरवाही हुई या नहीं, यह जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट हो सकेगा।

महिला की मौत के बाद अस्पताल परिसर में काफी देर तक गहमागहमी का माहौल रहा। स्वजन चिकित्सकों और अस्पताल प्रबंधन से जवाब मांगते रहे। परिवार के सदस्यों ने मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने और यदि किसी स्तर पर लापरवाही सामने आती है तो संबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

अखिल मेमोरियल अस्पताल इससे पहले भी विवादों में रहा है। कुछ महीने पहले एक परिवार ने अस्पताल में डिलीवरी के बाद बच्चा बदलने का आरोप लगाते हुए हंगामा किया था। उस समय मामला सामने आने पर हापुड़ देहात पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर स्थिति संभाली थी और जांच का आश्वासन दिया था। बाद में जांच रिपोर्ट में बच्चा बदलने की पुष्टि नहीं हुई थी और अस्पताल पर लगाए गए आरोप सही नहीं पाए गए थे। अब एक बार फिर इसी अस्पताल में जच्चा-बच्चा की मौत को लेकर गंभीर आरोप लगाए जाने से अस्पताल की व्यवस्थाओं पर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।

परिजनों ने अस्पताल में पहले भी इस तरह के कई मामले होने का आरोप लगाया है। हालांकि, इन आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि नहीं हुई है। ऐसे में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की जांच महत्वपूर्ण मानी जा रही है। जांच के दौरान महिला के उपचार से संबंधित मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड, प्रसव के दौरान अपनाई गई चिकित्सकीय प्रक्रिया, दी गई दवाओं और महिला की हालत बिगड़ने के बाद उठाए गए कदमों की जांच से स्थिति स्पष्ट हो सकती है।

फिलहाल पुलिस या स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से चिकित्सकीय लापरवाही की पुष्टि संबंधी कोई आधिकारिक जानकारी सामने नहीं आई है। प्रसूता और नवजात की मौत किन परिस्थितियों में हुई, इसका वास्तविक कारण जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट होगा। वहीं पीड़ित परिवार मामले में निष्पक्ष जांच और न्याय की मांग कर रहा है।

The news of the woman's death left the family devastated. Relatives who reached the hospital expressed anger and accused the doctors and hospital staff of negligence. They alleged that timely and adequate medical treatment was not provided despite the woman's deteriorating condition.

Following the death, a large number of relatives gathered at the hospital, creating a tense atmosphere. The family demanded a fair investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths and sought action against anyone found responsible.

Akhil Memorial Hospital had also come into controversy a few months ago when a family alleged that their baby had been switched after delivery. The incident had led to a commotion at the hospital, following which Hapur Dehat police intervened and assured the family of an investigation. The allegation of baby swapping was subsequently not substantiated by the investigation, and the allegations against the hospital were not found to be correct.

The latest incident has once again raised questions among the family and others regarding the hospital's medical facilities and treatment procedures. The family has also alleged that similar incidents have occurred at the hospital in the past. These allegations, however, have not been independently verified.

The exact cause of the mother's death and whether there was any medical negligence can only be established through an official medical or departmental investigation. Authorities may examine the patient's medical records, treatment history, delivery-related documents and the treatment provided after the newborn's death.

At present, no official confirmation of medical negligence has been reported. The family is demanding a transparent investigation and appropriate action if any negligence is established.
